I want to report bug : no damage with magnum, when u squeeze to check more turret, it goes back, when u want to equip turret it doesn't equip, when I check alt, there is nothing

It took much longer time to log into the mobile version once there were over 10k players online yesterday and today (atm).  I have to clear cache on my phone and open the app again for several times until it loaded to the garage.

 

Browser is fine, but it takes more time to update the progress of daily missions...

And now think tanki has 10k people online and can't handle it properly and pubg mobile has 60M people online at once and work totally fine, tanki must has bought their servers in Wish at Chrismas with a big discount :D

Its because you are in the mobile version of the game. In the mobile version, the battle stars are determined based on 3 particular in-battle missions. Since you have premium, you got 4 stars which means you did not finish one of the mini missions in question. So you got 4 stars instead of 6 whereas, the player below you got 6 stars.

Oh i see, thank you! Every times i was playing in mobile i was wondering for what was these stars for. So that mean if a player complete all specific missions he can have 6 stars even if he is the last player of the team?

Yes, and the reverse is also true, where you can come first place with 0 stars, though that is unlikely to happen unless you're using specific combos.

The Profiles are busted. Not only is the amount of exp/golds/crystals from the past week not showing, but some profiles just flat-out don't appear. If I search my name, it says "Service temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." I think it may be because I played in the Event mode, because the same error appears if I search the username of anyone I played that mode with.

If an account HAS NOT played in the Event Mode:

i had 5 ultra containers left from the mission and i opend 5 and had a lag the containers disapeerd and i did not get nothing can i get them back if there is a link send me please

You usually get the content from the containers, and you should contact the Tech Support to find out what you got.

I have a problem with antivirus programs who have a possibilities to clean some caches of a windows, browsers etc.

Every time when I have a started browser with tankionline.com/play and when My 360 total security think that he found some files to be cleared

and when I believe him and let him do it he make a problem to the tankionline site to be able to start playing game.

Last time he did to my downloadable client and till then I can not start it only get a grayed screen.

Because he don't do it very often I think on a 3 or 4 month and till then I forgot on that and let him do it again and again.

Have anybody idea how to solve the problem?

There's nothing wrong with having cached files on your PC. Your browser stores web resources locally so it doesn't have to re-download them in the future. When you start TO, it downloads game resources on to your PC and then re-uses them the next time you start the game. If your security program deletes those files, they will need to be re-downloaded again anyway, and besides, if the program deletes some necessary files the game may not function properly. The solution is simple - don't allow it to clear files cached by TO client. If you really need to clear the cache, you can do it yourself manually.
