I buy Default Smoky for it's critical effect.


Now there seems to be no reason at all to buy Smoky. Like why would I wanna use Default Smoky anymore??????????

Well, the whole point of critical shots is (in this case unfortunately) that you don't know what's next... It will be quite random luck, as some say.

I guess maths in Tanki were quite important until now.

You know it: "My hull has 3000HP, his turret deals approx. 600 damage per hit on this modification, I can get hit approx. 5 times, I'll plan a strategy".

Now: "My hull has 3000HP right now, I don't know which of his hits will be critical, I know nothing..." what's the point in strategy now?

If I were the developers......

I would delete 90% of this update.

I would release Tesla.

And I would keep the Supercharge status effect. This is the only cool thing about the update and it would be very cool if it was implemented on a new Turret and 2 or 3 alterations.
Like have a new support turret that inflicts Supercharge on teammates :)
That is cool.

This update is not cool. SMOKY IS NO LONGER UNIQUE IN ANY WAY.

They shall name the game as " Lucky Online " cuz thats what its based on now... ultra cont, critcal damage u know nothing of, coinboxes giving u 1 tankoins each time.... The tank element is gone now

  • I predicted it that the new Critical Resistance Module would be released in Ultra Containers. If we rely on critical damage now, and we have a max version of this module. According to the Test Server, max is 40%. We will have Defender Drone, Double Armor, AND another 40%??? ??

More frustrations on catching golds now cuz you never know when a magnum with critical damage + booster or thunder with critical damage + booster might shoot you.

People will now go for kills, and the april fools special goldbox will be a big mess now cuz u can barely get it by skill. 

You need to be lucky that someone with critical damage doesn't shoot you?

I feel like most players do not care about golds anymore. But yea, you got a point there.

Very curious to see how XP PB battles will evolve now due to the rail having a chance to oneshot the enemy.

Rail has a 50% chance to crit and the damage is not enough to 1-shot a light hull. However, if you get 2 normal shots in a row, you will need a 3rd one to kill the player.

Now if this is gonna be a thing...I REALLY HOPE ITS A JOKE.... My main concern is what will happen to the augments listed in the incoming patch notes. Furthermore, it will ruin the purpose for some of these augments. Thanks all the investments I made for some of these augments is gonna be wasted. Also what about the effects of drones such as booster and crisis, the boosted damage would be pretty useless even though its maxed if crits are a thing. All that time players have invested in those augments and drones and this trash update yet to come, many will get upset and wanna leave. By the way this would mean that most of the drones would  have to get a rework of stats. Thanks devs now I would be forced to get a drone also.

    • Mk1: available from ultra containers;

    • Mk2: 15 000 crystals;

    • Mk3: 75 000 crystals;

    • Mk4: 150 000 crystals;

    • Mk5: 330 000 crystals;

    • Mk6: 500 000 crystals;

    • Mk7: 850 000 crystals;

    • Mk7+: from 2 250 000 to 6 750 000 crystals depending on how fast you upgrade it.

 

I guess they peek on my crystal of 2,349,214; and decide to put a price of 2,250,000 to clear my bank.

Do I really need to? "OMG CRITICAL DAMAGE 9000?!?!?? " it's enough.

 

By the way, as I already said, those were clearly placeholder stats.

Someone wanting to create a serious and informative video would have waited for today's Update, reading the patch notes and analyzing the situation. 

 

But we all know that fishing for views is easy, and after 10 years this has become nothing more then a mobile game for children, so I can't blame that content creator too much.
