Hello, tankers!

 

The long-awaited clan system update will be held this Friday, September 24th.

 

Finally, you will be able to transfer clan ownership to other clan members, increase the number of clan members as well as change the name and tag of the clan.

 

Everything in order:

 

Creating a clan
 

You can now find all the information about the clan system on the Wiki. When you create the clan, the familiar window will no longer be shown.

We care about safety, therefore, to solve the problem of hacking and the dissolution, clan creation now requires Two-Factor Authentication to be enabled.

 

Changing clan ownership
 

From now on, the clan owner will be able to change the clan ownership. To do so, simply press the button «Transfer clan ownership» in the options. 

If the new clan owner also wants to transfer ownership, he will also need enabled Two-Factor Authentication.

A player who ceases to be the clan owner gets the Commander position.

 

Changing the clan leadership — 3000 Tankoins.

 

Clan information update

 

The clan leader will have the option to change the name and tag of the clan.

 

Price:

• Changing the clan name — 1500 Tankoins.

• Changing the clan tag — 1500 Tankoins. 

 

Increasing clan members

 

Clan owners will be able to increase the number of clan members through Tankoins. By default, a clan contains a maximum of 12 players, including the clan owner. You can buy as many places as you want, there is no limit to the number of places.

 

The price of each additional place — 500 Tankoins.

Are u ok, Alternativa? Clans are still useless and yet...you will charge 3k to change clan ownership, 1.5k to change name or tag and 500 for additional place? Really?

Little confused why you quoted me, I said it was expensive, how is that any different to what you mentioned? Also didn’t say it was good, Just that I’m happy to see an update.

Of course you are since u are a mod.  If u actually looked at this objectively tho, you would see this is absolutely atrocious by what they are doing to clans....30 dollars to change who is leader of a clan....5 bucks each for player slot....15 to change name or tag....wdym "Glad to see this update"....and also...u still get nothing for you or your own clan mates with this. No clan missions or some sort of activity so u get some reward in crystals, golds, premium etc

Nobody forces you to buy extra slots or join a clan. Players were asking for this update and I personally I am glad to see that the developers made some changes to the clan system.

"Nobody forces you"...True, however how many stuff are locked behind by TK wall....and a huge TK wall if I may add? I understand some stuff like Rename and Clans themselves....but features of a clan system locked behind a paywall...Literally u have to pay 9k alone to fully unlock clans ( aka clan on its own and 12 more slots )...thats 90 dollars as of right now. And u still get NOTHING in the game to show for it except a tag...

I see it as going in the right direction. Maybe this is paving the way to a future clan update. 
They’ve ultimately added new features at a price, not changed any of the existing rules. 

Tanki make money and it doesn’t effect the gameplay.

In a way u are right....but what are u really paying for when u buy a clan license. Not even paints or something special to show to people....just a tag...thats it.

It's not at all mandatory for anyone to be in a clan & as you say that making clan isn't going to give benefits then, it gives people a choice to make a clan or not.

Choice....to be scammed by Alternativa. You dont seem to understand... but when u spend money in this game...people usually wanna see their money go to something that is worth it. Clans are even worse than rename passes and Rename passes were considered to have insane price when they were 1st introduced....and now on top of that...features of clans are now locked behind huge paywalls...

Also that "choice" is what Alternativa wants people to think so it makes this stuff acceptable. Its literally the most common thing said by AAA publishers.

I think this is quite overpriced, because you can make a new clan with 12 spaces aviable for 3000 tankoins. Good additions, but I still miss the actual benefit of being a clan. Right now it's just the clan tag.
