Hello, tankers!

 

With the servers restart on October 8th, a new update will be released.

 

We will change the parameters of supplies and drones, including their prices and ranks, when they become available.

 

Supplies

 

Supplies are an integral part of any tank battle. They let you not only feel how dynamic the game is, but also change battle results if you use them in the right way. With this update, some supplies will be recharging faster.

 

Boosted armor and Boosted damage

  • Cooldown time is decreased from 30 to 20 seconds;

  • Smart cooldown for Boosted damage is decreased from 10 to 5 seconds.

 

Speed boost

  • Cooldown time is decreased from 30 to 20 seconds;

 

Drones

 

Many changes in drone parameters are coming. Some of the drones sometimes let you stand out too much on the battlefield, so we try to bring more balance to them.

 

«Driver» drone:

  • Overdrive Charge Added is 10 seconds instead of 6 seconds;

  • Master Sergeant — 20 000 crystals.

 

«Trooper» drone: 

  • Maximum duration of activated supplies is decreased from 20 to 10 seconds;

  • Drone's recharge time is decreased from 20 to 3 seconds; 

  • Removed the consumption of an additional unit of Boosted armor supply when activated;

  • Master Sergeant — 20 000 crystals.

 

«Engineer» drone:

  • Maximum added duration to the effects of other drops (BA, BD, SB) is decreased from 40 to 30 seconds;

  • Master Sergeant — 20 000 crystals.

 

«Sprinter» drone:

  • Added reduction of Speed boost cooldown — -5 seconds;

  • Drone's recharge time is decreased from 20 to 9 seconds;

  • Warrant Officer 2 — 50 000 crystals.

 

«Miner» drone:

  • Maximum number of saved Mines is increased to 100 units; 

  • Reduction of Mine cooldown is increased from -10 seconds to -15 seconds;

  • Drone's recharge time is increased to 30 seconds instead of 10 seconds;

  • Warrant Officer 2 — 50 000 crystals.

 

«Supplier» drone:

  • Maximum supplies additional active time is increased to +10 seconds instead of +5 seconds;

  • Drone's recharge time is decreased from 10 to 3 seconds;

  • Warrant Officer 2 — 50 000 crystals.

 

«Assault» drone:

  • Maximum reduction of supplies cooldown is increased to -15 seconds instead of -5 seconds;

  • Added consumption of an additional unit of Boosted damage supply when activated;

  • Third Lieutenant — 90 000 crystals.

 

«Lifeguard» drone:

  • Added reduction of Boosted armor cooldown — -5 seconds;

  • Drone's recharge time is increased from 30 to 60 seconds;

  • Third Lieutenant — 90 000 crystals.

 

«Mechanic» drone:

  • Maximum bonus to instant HP regained is increased to +1000 HP instead of +500 HP;

  • Reduction of Repair Kit cooldown is increased from -10 to -15 seconds;

  • Drone's recharge time is decreased from 10 to 3 seconds;

  • Third Lieutenant — 90 000 crystals.

 

«Blaster» drone:

  • Added reduction of Boosted damage cooldown — -5 seconds;

  • Removed the consumption of an additional unit of Boosted damage supply when activated;

  • Added the consumption of 3 additional units of Mine supply when activated;

  • Major — 140 000 crystals.

 

«Saboteur» drone:

  • The number of additional mines is decreased to 7 instead of 8; 

  • Consumption of additional units of Mine supply when activated is increased from 5 to 7 units;

  • Drone's recharge time is decreased from 40 to 30 seconds;

  • Major — 140 000 crystals.

 

«Camper» drone:

  • Drone's recharge time is decreased from 7 to 3 seconds;

  • Major — 140 000 crystals.

 

«Booster» drone:

  • Additional Boosted damage bonus is decreased from +200% to +50%; 

  • Duration of additional Boosted damage bonus is increased from 3 to 30 seconds;

  • Reduction of Boosted Damage cooldown is decreased from -10 to -5 seconds;

  • Duration is increased to 30 seconds instead of 3 seconds;

  • Major General — 200 000 crystals.

 

«Defender» drone:

  • Additional Boosted armor bonus is decreased from +100% to +50%;

  • Reduction of Boosted armor cooldown is decreased from -10 to -5 seconds;

  • Duration is increased from 20 to 30 seconds;

  • Major General — 200 000 crystals.

 

«Trickster» drone:

  • Duration is increased from 10 to 30 seconds;

  • Major General — 200 000 crystals.

 

«Hyperion» drone:

  • Consumption of additional units of supplies when activated is decreased from 2 to 1 unit;

  • Field Marshal - 320 000 crystals.

 

«Crisis» drone:

  • Boosted damage bonus is increased from +50% to +60%; 

  • Boosted armor bonus is decreased from +100% to +90%.

 

We will keep an eye on how the overall game balance will be affected by these changes. These are not the only adjustments to drones: we are working on Camper remaster.

My both drones got such huge nerf ?, I hope the increase in time will compensate for it.

I like how nearly every drone is available at  low ranks, so people get experienced from the start. ^^

These changes in drones are nice. 

I don't know about the hull changes though, the speed of all hulls should have remained unchanged.

The biigest drone nerf is the one for defender xD also something i dont understand, what is the difference meaning between these two lines from the booster rework:

"Duration of additional Boosted damage bonus is increased from 3 to 30 seconds" and "Duration is increased to 30 seconds instead of 3 seconds" ?

You already said there is a chance of getting spawn-killed which means there is also a chance that a person might be able to put good amount of mines (not 100 of course)  before he dies

Means for the whole 30 sec, the additional 50 % effect of booster will be applied

yea finally drones are going to be weaker , now we can have some what  of decent battles.

for the price changes.. why? you just did this twice now and this would be third time . lets hope its a charm to give players better pricing

for supply's speed is seldom used , not shy your changing it .

for shields lets hope it's for the better .

For real you should reduce booster drone effect to 100% instead of 50% and defender drone effect to 90% Bruh now crisis drone is more op than booster drone and defender drone, thx tanki (sarcasm). I'm disappointed!

Booster and defender are becoming weak, so weak. Maybe this isn't a bad thing for the game balance.

But why would such weak drones consume 3 supplies each time??? They didn't worth this anymore.

Saboteur and booster were everywhere on the battle field.

Now it is not profitable to use the saboteur since you loose 7 mines regardless of the level of the drone and the maximum is 7 mines put. Players with max saboteur drone will continue to use it, but new players will not buy this drone anymore.

Booster will be more solid and give moderate increase in damage for a longer time. This drone used to be a hammer's best friend, but now I believe players with long range turrets will love this drone.

Think of a vulcan with 150% increase damage for 30 seconds and boosted armor as well. Now thunder that deals area damage, striker, magnum, shaft - they all will benefit a lot from booster drone while keeping distance from melee turrets.

Wow what a difference...

They killed almost all drones and Crisis is just..

Just our developers being genius!
