energy tank for twins

We all admit that "Twins" has become one of the super powerful weapons, and this is because of the critical hit rate and loading speed, and even if you install 50% protection from "Twins" it will not be useful and this is due to the speed of loading the weapon, Because of the speed of loading a shot, it becomes without weaknesses, especially if one of the "legendary Augments" is added, here comes my idea:

- For the twins to become an "energy tank"!, Yes!… Like Ricochet!, which has the same properties, when fired, its energy reserve drops and it takes time to charge it.

This will make the "Augments" more balanced with the game,It can be made to use more energy to perform its function (disable supply, stan, burn, freeze), for example energy consumption becomes one of these Augments : 50%+.

I think my idea is easy to understand and doesn't need much detail!

Such a change will make Twins be too similar to Ricochet. Instead, I feel decreasing the damage might be the right solution.

It´s sort of a common theme where a nerf is demanded for a turret, while the only thing that needs to be nerfed are those status augments. Stock twins is fine as is.

It would be appreciable to see a nerf in Critical chance as well as critical damage in Twins EMP rather than nerf the twins overall

Don't forget Cryotron. They're both offenders, one more so than the other.
