Siege battles

Just finished a siege battle which the base it continued to have players battle for the A location the whole game and never changed over to the B location. Is this normal or is it based on which team captures the base now? ( sorry no photo's or video ) or is this a glitch in the system.

It can happen on maps that have less than 3 capture points. Those maps being Desert and Bridges.

Sometimes it happens, the choosing of the next point is random, sometimes you have evenly distributed points but many times according to my experiences it stays in 1 point and hardly changes.

It happens  often in some maps, like bridges and desert. Many players have complained, so I think the devs are aware of this.
