Like all other items in the game that have returned at times, you might as well call all in game items worthless. It won't even reach 11M, but even then, it's not like more than 10k players spent into the fund, let alone 8k maybe. Considering even photon as the mobile access bundle which was sold to 5k players, so far not released yet again. Tote bag re-releases etc otherwise.

As for crisis, a good set of supplies and crystals needed.

And the cherry on the top, Armadillo, costing a nice 8.67M crys without any sale and including speedups. Many players will not have the facilities to get these all upgraded without spending much.

They DO NOT want you to have all these premium items for only 1.1k tankoins. Just think about it, would you give away a 5 Tesla cars for 10$? No. Crisis and all that are their main selling points so of course they put them in the fund as bait. and if we reach them then that means they'll have to come up with another Crisis level item as new "buyer magnet" item in Ultra conts. yeah 90% of people will ran out of drugs after 1 battle of using crisis and it will take them a year to get Mk7 crit prot. But they DONT WANT YOU TO HAVE IT almost for free is my point.

I'm gonna be straight here. The issue isn't as much the duration, but the size of the player base that spend.
15M = 15k players that spend on the 1190 tk tonkfund bundle. Considering the token of apologies we got, 100x2, along with bp 100 tk s etc, and a small transaction is what you may really need of 900k at least, to get this bundle.
But point is, we clearly don't have 15k players that are willing to spend '11 US$' to hit a basic milestone, hence lack of small spending player base for most case.

Armadillo is a fortune to upgrade and just not worth it. As for crisis, it is also not worth it since they nerfed it, but it still uses a ton of supplies.

The game is designed to con you out of as much cash as it can. Only the hardcore buyers benefit from the actual game as they have more money than sense.

At what point would you hold an event so that those who play it don't get what's inside? 0 sense, obviously they want us to get what there is but as it was said several times WE ARE in a DDOS attack and they are not to blame for anything. and... scam?? Do you know what a real scam would be? you pay or buy the pack and that you did not participate or they did not give you anything, that is a scam

Yep, all items are released as exclusive and over time they make it easier to obtain. Armadillo and crisis are on the edge of exclusivity, after you could get crisis 3 times from a minigame (instead of lucky UC) and armadillo was just made available without UC in the last one. Most of other new items have a lot shorter lifetime or exclusivity - tesla, paladin, new augments. It's still quite a bit of time, but they get pushed from exotic to legendary tiers after couple months, in case of tesla and paladin, they got put in garage after months. Crisis and armadillo are still, after over a year in exotic tier, and are used as the main UC sellers. Even as a f2p, you are able to collect a fair amount of UC, so opening armadillo after months is possible. It's still not something you can grind for - you can grind for as many UC for free, but you still need crazy luck, to pull the one specific exotic instead of a mammoth UT.

I know even if everyone got crisis and armadillo, they will at best be able to get it to 38-39%, because it costs way too much. That's the best case, it's more likely they won't get it to 25%. Same with crisis - people don't have enough batteries and regular supplies to feed it, it's not realistic for people to both upgrade their garage AND use a drone.

As for blaster effect, that's whole another thing. It falls in the same category as new demonic or RF skins - it was sold for crazy amount of money, and is only a cosmetic. Not just any old skin, it's a new cosmetic, which even tho wasn't presented as "exclusive item, which we won't sell ever again", it still feels like it should be somewhat exclusive. Making it part of tanki fund prizes really devalues it. People who spent a lot of money for special shot effect, might question their next purchase of similar exclusive item if it was given to thousands of players for 5% of what they paid. Of course some people would buy it regardless, but you get my point.

Moreover, shot effect is just a cosmetic, and it turns out selling cosmetics for a lot of money actually works for tanki, so I don't quite understand why they would gamble putting such a high value and new item in tanki fund. They certainly didn't expect fund to reach it, but I'm assuming they have barely expected the fund to reach even skin containers, let alone blaster or armadillo. We will never know what was their plan.

On the other hand, I'm actually fine with either outcome of fund. I could get armadillo and other items on my alt account for just 1200tk if the fund reached it. In this case it's still 2 skin containers for cheaper than 2 battle passes, with a chance to win 8k. Best deal we got in a while.

Btw, last time we had a total of 5537 bundles sold, with around 20% chance to win in draw per bundle bought. There were roughly 1800 1k and 3600 6k bundles, so it's clear there have been way less than 5500 participants (accounts) - many people bought multiple silver bundles. This time the rewards are a lot more interesting, so my guess is there will be around 6500-7000 bundles sold instead, but with higher ratio of 1k bundles and thus between 15-20% chance to win in draw per bundle purchase.

Right now it's obvious, fund is going to hit 10m in a few hours, but it will most likely reach only around 10.5m Pretty good outcome, I bet majority of players were expecting 6-7m at best.

The "good deals" as you call them are pathetic. 

 Everything to do with this game is overpriced in the extreme.

LOL battle passes, the challenge, the nerfed containers you get, the useless legacy skins, skins in general, all pale in comparison to the cash the developers want you to spend.

The game is overhyped with inflated prices. The developers pull every underhanded trick in the book to maximise the economy of the game, to the detriment of most players.

Even if i was inclined to (which i'm not) there is no incentive to "buy" anything, especially the naff UC just to try and get some op item which as always once it's lost it's cash value, gets some kind of nerf everytime.

And not just deals, the container opened during event mode are also bad.

I have multiple account and completed many events on all account and collected nearly 300 containers combined during this birthday season. Believe it or not, I haven't see at-least 1 exotic or legendary item.  I see just  Epics with lot of flashy paint.  I totally get peoples argument that  exotic items are so rare and have to open more, but a player with no pocket money will definetly leave this game because off too many upset points.

I had no problem with fund duration i just want for it to end so i can get my 2 skin conts faster lol.

Like i said put yourself in tanki team's place. The game is your JOB and your salary depends on how much people spend. Don't you want your salary to be as big as possible? And upgrade your equipment so it makes the game better so more money and blah blah blah. They don't want you to get most exclusive items for 1.1k tankoins yet! is it so hard to understand? Its not a scam its a simple mini-game... see it as a lottery or something. Even Marcus once told that F2P players should NOT be getting Crisis (for obvious reasons) because it would most likely kill their account before they can even say "Tanki" and guess what would these F2Ps (potential future spenders) do? They would rage quit. 
Its not that the player base is small so we can't reach lvl 1000 the reasons why you are not reaching it are:

1. A lot of players don't even know Tanki Fund exists because they are just casual players who don't read the news and don't follow updates. 
2. A lot of people just see how you can buy 300 of each supply for 1,100 tankoins and go "HELL NO" without further digging that would reveal they would get containers etc. (Casual players again)
3. Its just not worth for your average joe to spend 1,1k tankoins on 40 normal containers and 30 "Ultra" containers. They would get like 100k cry with some supplies anyway.
4. A lot of people just DON'T CARE about skin conts and Armadillo, Crisis etc. because they know how expensive they are and they don't care about the looks of their tank.
5. For most people its just better to buy 2 battle passes and get guaranteed couple Immunities, Legendary Augments, the same 2 skins, and more.
6. Average+ buyers who could push the fund don't buy the bundles because they have no value to them. For example me i am a medium buyer the only reason i bought tanki fund is because 2 skin conts. I couldn't care less about containers that would give me 1k crystals anyway. Armadillo and all that being in conts for so long made it easy to obtain for buyers. so they just have absolutely no reason to buy tanki fund.

The thing is there was little to no motivation to buy more than one or a few bundles at max. Last Tanki fund that was held, by buying more bundles, your chance of winning in the giveaway increased. This time there is no such thing. Also, many so called buyers already have most of the high level rewards, therefore no reason to push for them. The Bday event bundles could dilute the amount of fund bundles bought too. And then again there were the issues With DDOS attacks and outages.

Despite all of that, I think LVL10  is a satisfactory result and roughly what I expected from the start.
