But that’s not my problem. When I pay for something I want my service to be available immediately because with every minute passed it loses some of its value.

They should really be held accountable for their actions. If it says after the fund has closed then they should have prepared themselves and ensured that the rewards would be added to accounts.

I am going to ask you one simple question. If you ordered something and it’s expected to arrive on a certain date, would you tolerate delays and incompetence or you would ask for your money back?

It’s literally the same situation here.

If they come 22nd, since they didnt arrive on the day they said prizes would come, they have to give us compensation for our TIME.

Likewise my answer, the delivery date isn't mentioned anywhere.  There is a specific statement regarding the timing, as in :

"The prizes will be added to the accounts after the end of the event"

It didn't mention anywhere that the event included "Just the tanki fund" or did it include the giveaway too, if it didn't happen for the latter, then we would have got the prizes by now.

But no skin containers in my account yet....

Which means it's either late or the fund will "officially" end on 22nd, thereby giving the prizes of the winners and the level prizes to all.

I love how people don't understand simple concept of Prizes will be delivered after the event. Last fund... THE SAME THING.... HAPPENED! Fund ended and 2 days later there was a giveaway for tankoins after that we received all the prizes. Its the same this time... lol

Developers favorite thing to say is to "be patient". When you have customers and you dont give dates or never deliver on time, there will always be people who come and ask for it. Its common knowledge and tanki has none of it lol. Give a date. Deliver on time, and you wont have this many people asking you the same stuff again and again.

Like okay, the latest we would recieve would be 22nd. We get it. But is that clearly mentioned? no.

For real, the worst thing you could tell your customer is to be patient.

The tanki fund is in trouble, the rewards should drop into my account today as I bought one of the 3 promotions there were to participate in the tanki fund. I could barely sleep because I live in Brazil and the time zone is different here. I will be grateful if the problem is resolved as soon as possible.
Good game tankers.

The rewards should arrive soon, most probably today or during the giveaway on 22nd June.

@尼克曼GT Is this an official answer?

Nothing is official yet, these are our assumptions, but looking at the main topic's information, prizes will most likely be sent on 22nd.

You seriously think players pay that much attention to things like skins?   Maybe 0.01% do.  But the rest?    ?

Oh so I’m one of the 0.01% ?

Still shocked that the fund reached way above the 7-8 million projection. Absolute madlads. Had it not been for ddos attacks, 11 million was achievable.

Call me dumb or something but I don't understand what DDoS attacks have to do with the tanki fund. Yes, the game had shut down several times for couple hours but you forget that the purchase of any bundle takes only 1 to 2 minutes. Game was still available. For example, I, myself, purchased yesterday right after the game came back and the purchase was still easy. Those who decided to not purchase because of crashes, I respect them. They have the right to do so. But If someone really wanted to buy, they would buy anyway. It just doesn't make sense to me. ?

if the game doesn't work or keeps crashing, it discourages people from even attempting to log in, or, for the few who still have the guts to do it, "support the developers"

It's not even the fact of supporting the devs, you are buying for your own benefit, the prizes would help your tank to be better than usual. But this may be a discouragement to those players thinking that what's the point of buying a bundle if the game itself is not working.

I had 700 tankoins & was considering to buy the cheapest bundle (1200 tankoins) to enter the tanki fund. I went to the shop to buy 500 tankoins..

Did some quick maths:

  • 1st bundle: 400 TC for 6 USD (67 TC per USD)
  • 2nd bundle:  900 TC for 11 USD (81 TC per USD)
  • 3rd bundles: 2000 TC for 22 USD (91 TC per USD)
  • 4th, 5th, 6th bundles: 91 TC per USD

So the wise decision for me was to buy the 3rd bundle, but I said nevermind, I'm out since I already have 4 protection slots & I'm not interested anyway in stupid skin containers & the hyperion drone. I just wanted to gamble for the pool of 8k tankoins.

I love how tanki is good at scamming people, I'm not one of those ?

Use your money wisely!!

I think you're bad at maths, make sure you double-check next time before posting

This depends entirely on one's perspective, really. If we try to be objective, it is quite obvious that the devs get much more out of this so calling it "supporting" them is not off the mark at all.

Okay, As I said, they have the every right to not buy anything to support the tank fund because of the discouragement by the crashes and shutdowns. But, let's point out something. DDoS attacks started very earlier than the tanki fund. It means if this is the case for them that let them to not support the fund, it is fine. They wouldn't buy it during the fund as well. But don't forget they buy it for their own benefits. There were attacks during the fund period as well, they might get discouraged and might give up on prizes which is still okay. But no one guarantees anything, this might happen in any time, then don't play the game. Yall just complain about everything. Yes those shutdowns annoyed the h*ll out of me, decreased my playing quality but why would I give up on 2 skin containers (one is like 30k tankoins), 30 ultra (idk maybe around 4k-5k tankoins) and 40 regular containers which is 5250 tankoins. Don't forget there's a upcoming giveaway as well you can win 8k tankoins. So it doesnt make any sense. If they didnt want to support, there's nothing to do rather than respect their decision.

I didn't complain about anything lmao

And with the other thing i said, i meant that these developers don't deserve to be supported, it's clear at this point that they're making the game unplayable just for the profits and don't care for their players.

Just like World of Tanks.
