For example, just like other players, we bought the 5000 tankoin package and I have a question, because of these attacks on the game, I was not able to earn the 150 daily tankoins because I could not enter the game, will I be rewarded?

I think this complaint is irrelevant.

 

Edit:- Now I understand the issue , it is happening Every time while entering GARAGE , I get the same instructions every time.

(You Should at least elaborate issue while complaining)

why does it lag in MM depending on the amount of players(high player amount = more lag) but not in pro battles?

It began when I entered the game with someone called [edited]. He accused me out of no where of cheating.

We were on the same team and he just shot at me with thunder and viking, messing up my shots and being annoying.

He would litterly look for me just to prevent me from playing.  He accused me of cheating and said he would report me. I said

"Fine idc just lay off of me and let people play! Report me, they will probably ban you for misconduct."

 

I don't know what the hell did I do, maybe because of my name idk, but I got disconnected from chat that minute for a week 

I don't even know anymore dude. The people who are standing behind and banning people in chat are hypocrite to say the least.....

Good job of banning the right people and making the right call

Fix the no damage bug PLEASE. I got it THREE TIMES even after reloading the game. It makes the game UNPLAYABLE.

It's great that Tanki Online gave out compensation for the loss of playtime. However, Is there any plans to offer that again to players who did not get it the first time? I work Monday-Friday and don't play during workdays. Come Friday nights and weekends, I play as much as I can. I don't think it;s fair that I don't get it just because I missed the 2 day window during the week. I, like many other players missed out on playing Tanki due to the downtime time. the offer should have been placed either for a longer period of time or at least over the weekend. Please let me know if it's possible for me to get the compensation bundle.

When will you be fixing matchmaking? You guys state it was originally integrated to make the the playing experience more "fair." However, I can't seem to understand what is fair when matching 3k GS players to 9999 GS players. I stopped playing about a year ago due to the exact reason and upon coming back briefly to see if any improvements have been made, I was—honestly—unsurprisingly disappointed. After playing for more than 8 years with over 6 accounts, it honestly seems like you guys have a history of just not addressing the obvious issues. I recently created a brand new account and lo and behold, 0 GS matches with 4k GS. Really?

Watched tanki stream (linked my twitch account to my tanki account) earned 3 ultra containers. "They'll be added after 40 minutes" okay. I join tomorrow (today) guess what 0 containers. amazing.

For a long time I think JGR is a broken mode, many fixes should be done. There are some limitations should be in the mode and some refines in many ways. In example: Juggernaut tank should be transferred to any random player even if alive (by SDing them).

With the tokens of apology being given out recently, almost every player in the game was able to participate in the tanki fund.  Any new player who did not get a token of apology will not be able to participate in the tanki fund due to lack of tankcoins, which means that new players will struggle in MM because so many players will have op equipment.  Is there something you could so that new players can participate in the tanki fund?
