Camera turn speed in mobile

Question

In mobile version, there is 2 setting, camera sensitivity and camera turning speed (bellow).

Since camera sensitivity's purpose is to make the camera turn rapidly and more, what is the purpose of the other one?

I have put it at minimum and at maximum but i couldn't see any difference? Do any mobile player know the difference?

If I remember correctly, that setting was to control the speed at which your camera turned when you held the firing button. They removed that feature when they implemented auto-shoot in late 2021.
