as you know some of those augments were in gold tier; hence by changing them into UT conts, this way all players have their fortune for leg augments.

12 ultra counts are not a lot at all... you are lucky if you get more than 1 purple from those. You would have to be extremely lucky to get a legendary opening from any of those containers, not to mention if you get a paint instead. so it's a loss if you want augments. the extra 30 conts and 12 uts are not much at all compared to what you get instead previously

I feel like the Token of Apology skewed this info. You have all of these people logging in to accounts they rarely use, or some people even making new accounts so they can collect the gifts.

Even if it's for strictly new accounts, the tutorial missions have a huge effect on this. Of course you're going to open a container that you got for finishing a battle in, say, Capture The Flag before going to your garage because newbies have empty garages (read: no reason to go there) and you get turrets and hulls out of Containers.

Maybe having the Container page at the top of the list is good for beginners, but it really doesn't make sense (like yellowghetto said, the garage is more important) and it's a nuisance for anyone who's spent time in the game prior to this change. Countless times already I've opened the Container page when I wanted to change equipment (and vice versa) because of muscle memory.

Anyone else see Assault Rounds people get critical hits or am I going crazy.

You should. It's great that there's more reason to consciously pick other augments besides EMP/AP/Cryo Rounds. I won't be using AR as much as I am now after the crits get removed but at least it got a faster firing. And also my shots now seem to actually deal impact force. Before this update, I'd wager 80%+ of my AR shots didn't deal impact force so not only was I downgrading my damage, I wasn't getting anything out of it. Barring the crits, I'm finally getting something from it.

Sorted Ammo for Smoky have -10% reload too; also Precision Aiming has like-20% instead of -40% from before. I tested Precion and with maxed booster got

liek 1900dmg which is good. I guess Assault round with -10% reload is good for someone who doesn't have sorted ammo.

I wish they reduce reload for Rapid fire shaft or add critical hit AP arcade for Shaft.

Please add STRAFE keybind too heh...

He's talking specifically with Viking's Overdrive. I too don't know why they decided to do that. It wasn't problematic at all.

Speaking of that, does it shoot out the shells or the rockets when the OD is activated?

The arcade shells. Just like Shaft, Striker, and Gauss.

Exactly. I see 0 point in that change and it's more annoying and pointless than useful. Even if people click on Containers button more than Garage button, that doesn't really mean anything. Because you might use the same combo in a battle over and over but open Containers after completing missions. Either way, Garage logically goes on top.

Ya the reload speed is slow after Scorpion was nerfed with reload speed. Perhaps if Scorpion had a Laser Pointer, then bring back reload speed.

Also bring back Shaft Rapid Fire, the reload is too slow...  was fun even with damage reduction for long range.

I agree they should help Scorpion with viking OD....  I see less Scorpions lately when compare to before.
