invalid REWORK the Chat Banning System

Okay. I thought moderators in 2017-18 were... lets just say interesting beings. But this new AI moderation is on a completely another level like JESUS CHRIST AND ANOTHER HOLY LORDS. Im not gonna pretend like im not a hothead i say some naughty words but lately my worst insults were "Noob" and "Flying Monkey" (probably the most used insults of this year. THAT DONT GET YOU BANNED) but here we are... 

But if they ban you for something like this or literally nothing that means that people who actually break the rules get banned? [edited] in GENERAL CHAT FOR 3 DAYS and if not for me and another chat members basically pushing him outta tanki he would still be here (he never got banned even for 5 minutes...)

HERE IS MY SUGGESTION ON HOW TO FIX THIS BEYOND BROKEN MODERATION SYSTEM.

2. If you want to leave AI system then AI should MARK and NOT ban a message. It should mark entire message log and send it to a MOD because CONTEXT IS KEY.

Kindly formulate your idea using civil means. Discussing sensitive topic (which leads to pointless debates and more provocation) or open insults will not be tolerated again.

This also includes your post on the News and Announcements topics.

Also, I believe since it's an AI bot, even a minute word which can count as an insult in a small way will be considered as negative.

How do you know you got banned for that specifically? It's more likely that you said something worse earlier, and it just happened that you got banned for that thing, but the ban came after you said the other thing.

No, this is already how it works (just checked with chat admin Yele). The system only takes snapshots of the conversation and sends it to human moderators for review. The only bans given automatically are those 5m or 1h bans for flooding. As has always been the case.
