I couldn't enter the game in the last couple hours!

And now it returns "HTTP ERROR 504"!

I get the same error which means they are having some serious problems with their website.  Just a little background on this error: It could happen for several reasons such as DNS Issues, Server Traffic overload, server down or bugs in the code of the website. Anyone cares to place a bet on which one it could be? (hint: my money goes to (....***drumroll please....***) BUGS IN THE CODE!

Test Servers are still running as usual...

I think they must move to them at once ?

PS: Shop is now open with no need of any tricky spells!

Absolutely annoying how this happens when I was playing PRO battles awaiting server restart. And now a couple hours passed and still no official updates about the game having issues.

For now playing on the mobile version since the mobile version isn't affected.

This name was chosen the good old days, waayyyy before this atrocious Matchmaking system went online. Then the fun went away and so did I for a few years.  I just came back recently only to face the DDOS blackout and now this! I would change the name but it is not free, so I do not want to spend anything of value on this game. My time is valuable enough and that's all they are going to get out of me! And quite a bit sarcasm in my posts here and throughout the social media! Oh, and i have several choice names for Hazel that got me banned a few times!

Let's be honest that this new update is the worst update so far, to make it clear I will try to evaluate everything in detail.

1) Isida - Vampire Nanobots augment decreased from 50% to 35% making that augment unuseful, there is no chance to win against a mid-range turret with a faster hull than you, you can't even win a 1v1 battle even against close range turret as healing itself is so weak now and Isida lost its significance as it had since the beginning of this game (self-healing). What would I do instead is give vampire Nanobots the ability to heal your teammates too as it would compensate for this terrible nerf.

 2) Ricochet - increasing projectile speed in general and decreasing Helios augment's projectile speed makes Helios just an awful augment, there is almost no difference between a normal ricochet's projectile speed and Helio's projectile speed. Also decreasing the energy recovery rate from -27% to -50% is a terrible decision and makes Helios augment vulnerable and unusable like the shaft's rapid-fire augment. Making legendary augment such weak is the worst decision you had made in a while.

3) Striker - I don't even need to talk about details but nerfing the weakest turret (at that moment) is just unimaginable, just look up the statistics on how many players have been using Striker for last year, just look up and those numbers will tell you that there is a time to make it stronger instead of weaker.

4) Thunder - vacuum shells, I would say that there was no need to decrease its splash damage by 30% (from 250% to 220%). If I were in your place I would decrease self-damage as it's very hard to survive in close-range combats and long-range combats are way too hard as you deal 50% of normal damage and an average player chooses close and mid-range combats with vacuum shells as it's inefficient for long-range combats.

5) Magnum - aiming indicator is just awful. The indicator is so wide and ugly that it makes you blind, can't see half of the screen when aiming. I would give it an option that players would be able to turn it off from settings because it's just an awful unmodified update. I would say that the aiming indicator was made in just a couple of hours, someone was busy doing his main task/work and did this awful design for magnum in just a couple of hours, did not even test it, that's what I think about it. Give it an option to turn it off, because not everyone enjoys such assistance like middle dot or auto supply activation for crisis and now magnum's aiming indicator... Give it an option that players who don't need it could turn off.

6) Gauss - Electromagnetic salvo augment lost its role a long time ago... When you play 1v1 and use the Salvo shot once, EMP status applies to the enemy for 3 seconds and then you need to wait 8.4 - 5.8 seconds to shoot another bullet and at that time you are just an aiming target for the enemies and they can practice on you. Also between Gauss augment's (Electro Magnetic salvo, Armor-piercing salvo, and Adrenaline) Adrenaline was the best one for me, but now its reload time is decreased and its damage percentage is decreased by 10% which is double nerf and makes Adrenaline totally unuseful augment between those 3 mentioned above.

7) Paladin - Paladin's Overdrive - Supportive Polarizer was well balanced and decreasing duration by 5 seconds and making it non-resistant against freezing and burning status is way too much, you should give these abilities to protect from freezing and burning effect or confiscate ability that protects from stunning effects too and make it totally unusable. Paladin was well balanced because its physics are terrible just indescribably terrible and the ability to protect from freezing and burning effects was balancing it in general. But now OD duration is decreased by 5 seconds and no longer resistant to freezing and burning effects + terrible physics make it the worst hull. You either confiscate resistance against stunning effect and make it the weakest among the weakest hulls or give it back the ability to protect from burning and freezing effect.

? Adrenaline augments - they were meant to do their job when you had a lower HP, but now they lose their purpose. Instead of decreasing the damage percentage, I would decrease only self-damage as players used to deal damage to themselves and then shooting and camping which allowed them to deal too much damage with long-range turrets, but now you made Adrenaline augment just unuseable, trust me the whole amount of percentage of players who had been using Adrenaline before this update will be decreased by 95%, I just assure you.

Now I will express my opinion on why you make such terrible updates. First of all your staff does not play the game at all, you need your staff to start playing the game (not only 1 or 2 matches a day or a week), but 1-2 hours per day to see the main problems which have roots in the game and start observing what should they balance and what they should not l. This is the main problem that you have, also if you want to get supportive/appreciative or just thankful feedback, you need to consider people's opinions and for this, you need to create polls where people will be able to vote for updates that the game really needs and not deciding what to do by yourself because you make the game for others (players) and players have to have right to take part in what's going to happen in the game's mechanics. To sum my opinion up: 1) ask your staff to start playing the game, if they do then ask them to play more (especially those who make decisions about such updates), 2) Ask people about their opinion on what should be fixed in the game. All the great CEOs do the same, look at Elon musk he always asks people what they want/need and then does what people/customers want. The same goes for you too. And lastly, I would like to give you some advice - Bring Premium Back in Containers.

Nice assessment, spot on! One point I slightly disagree is this   "First of all your staff does not play the game at all, you need your staff to start playing the game " I have met Hazel on several occasions playing but not like us common folk. I was with him on CTF battles and he was using JUG! He was collecting flags in record time and no one had a chance to complete our missions! I complained with a few choice words in the Forums along with other players and we promptly got banned! One of his lackeys answered that "he was probably testing something" Really, testing a JUG in a live battle? there is no reason for that because we all know the outcome! Now if there was a JUG in the opposing team, I would buy that explanation! To me that is cheating! The reality is that they have proven time over time again and again, that the changes they make are not though out very well, they throw out what they think it needs to be done and see if it will stick . Worse yet, they do not test the changes and every time there is an update, the game breaks and somethings do not get fixed. For example a few updates ago they changed the control options to "Keyboard & Mouse" and "Keyboard" and as a result the Turret freeze during the game and the only way to fix it is to go back to the options and change the controls! Of course that creates a whole other set of problems.  They do not devote their resources to fix the issues before they make new changes and as a result most issues linger on for years. Instead they redesign new hulls and if you see in Facebook the new 3D isida on Hornet, it has wheels and looks more like a car rather than a tank! Just pathetic!

1. Oh no augment that was given away to literally everyone for free that made you borderline immortal is finally nerfed how sad im crying :((

2. Helios was given away to everyone that wanted it doesn't deserve to be even close to OP. its still annoying and useable.

3. Oh just wait till they add HD striker.

4. Just say "hazel nerfed my most OP buyer augments now im crying"...

5. Magnum's indicator thing should not even be a thing in the first place.

6. If you get into 1v1s with a long range turret the chances of you winning are low no matter what. Just used EMP Gauss couple matches ago didn't even feel reload nerf.

7. "Paladin's Overdrive - Supportive Polarizer was well balanced......." not even going to read further.

Adrenaline nerf is completely unnecessary agreed.

1) Nothing was given away for free, people spend at least 990 tankoins to buy bundles for Esport fund and loss of control, yeah I agree that those tankoins were given for free as an apology token, but people deserved those tankoins as the game was down for 12 days. So, nothing was given away for free!

2) In my opinion nerfing Vampire nanobots, helios, and vacuum shells is just a scam, they made people buy bundles, made them spend tankoins which were given as an apology token, once they saw people spent tankoins on these bundles they nerfed the augments in 2 days after they gave those augments away.

3) I have All the existing Skins that the game has, but I never choose turret/hull based on their look, I prefer their ability and not look. Adding HD skin for a striker is not a big deal, because it will be a weak turret.

4) I did not insult you, so stop mocking someone over his expression.

5) As a magnum user I would say your opinion was just uneccesarry about that indicator, because those who play with magnum, know that this indicator is totally unuseful.

6) you got me wrong. You pointed out only long-range combat and not close or mid-range, so I am not going to argue about it.

7) Paladin's overdrive was 7th and you mentioned the 8th section too, so it means you have read everything very carefully. thank you for spending your time to read my comment, I really do appreciate it!
