There are never too many holidays!

 

In honor of the Lunar New Year, we launch a new mini-game called «Tanki and The snow trap».

 

On January 20th, get ready to join us in conquering the unexplored winter territories!

Dress warm, bring a good mood, and go on the adventure for valuable prizes!

 

With the servers restart, on Friday, we will launch the «Tanki and The snow trap» mini-game on the special website (will be available once the event is started). It will last from January 20th, 2 AM UTC till February 6th, 2 AM UTC. You will be conquering drifting ice floes and getting prizes for it!

 

To get your tank move between those ice floes, your tank will need fuel — gingerbread.

 

Gingerbread

 

 

They are the special event currency. You can track the number of your units of gingerbread reserves in the mini-game interface.

 

Here are the ways you can get gingerbread:

 

• Complete a daily mission — 4 units of gingerbread

• Complete a special event mission — 30 units of gingerbread

• Catch a gingerbread goldbox — 1 unit of gingerbread

• Purchase event special offers, packs of Premium Pass, and tankoins

 

Important: The mini-game’s website is only available on PC; You still can earn gingerbread by playing the mobile version of the game, but to enter the website you will need a PC.

 

How to start

 

To start playing, you need to log in to the mini-game website, using the nickname and the password of your in-game account.

 

If you use Facebook to log in to your account, you will need to contact our customer service to get a password for your account to enter the website.

 

Ice floes

 

The mini-game map consists of ice floes and on each of them, a surprise awaits you. 

 

But, as you know, there are good and bad surprises.

Let’s start with good — crystals, tankoins, containers and batteries. When you conquer an ice floe, a reward is sent to a special storage at the Checkpoint, and is not immediately credited to your in-game account.

 

On each movement, you need to spend 10 units of gingerbread. It may be enough to move one, two, or three ice floes forward.

 

And now let’s talk about bad surprises — there will be special «snow traps» on your way. By entering them, you can move either forward, or go 5 ice floes back. Within the same lap, each trap can only work once, so if you hit it and are pushed back, this one «snow trap» will not push you back in this lap again.

 

Don’t worry, even if luck is not on your side and you get pushed back, you can receive a reward for each ice floe that you pass twice on your way forwards.

 

Checkpoints

 

A player starts their journey from the 1st checkpoint. The mini-game ends after five laps — when you reach the 6th checkpoint.

 

After passing the whole lap, a player gets to the checkpoint. There is a special vault on it to store all the prizes that the player received on these ice floes. When visiting a checkpoint, the player can transfer the prizes from the vault to their in-game account.

 

Moreover, whenever you visit a checkpoint, we add more unique rewards to your vault.

This time in prizes: a skin of the new «IC» series for Freeze, cool augments, Ultra skins for Striker and Hornet, units of the «Nuclear Energy» supply, and the themed «Gingerbread» paint!

• Task: Get into the TOP-3 9 times in any matchmaking battles.

• Reward: 7 containers and 30 units of gingerbread

 

• Mission: Northern Oracle

• Task: Be in the winning team of 39 battles in any matchmaking battles.

• Reward: 7 containers and 30 units of gingerbread

 

• Mission: Snowstorm

• Task: Use overdrive 69 times in any matchmaking battles.

• Reward: 7 containers and 30 units of gingerbread

 

• Mission: Mortal Blow

• Task: Destroy 99 tanks using critical damage in any matchmaking battles.

• Reward: 7 containers and 30 units of gingerbread

 

• Mission: Avalanche

• Task: Destroy 999 tanks in any matchmaking battles.

• Reward: 7 containers and 30 units of gingerbread

 

• Mission: Northern Pass

• Task: Earn 9 999 battle points in any matchmaking battles.

• Reward: 7 containers and 30 units of gingerbread

 

• Mission: Freezing Rain

• Task: Earn 99 999 crystals in any matchmaking battles.

• Reward: 7 containers and 30 units of gingerbread

Any info on this Striker Tandem? I assume it would be 2 missiles fired at once like twins, and salvo volley =  2 times 2 missiles.

Ya, I wish they add some new freeze aug along with that new skin; but I doubt I will go that far.

bruh isn't this literally a copy past trick or treat event? the website interface, description, everythings the same. to make things worse you literally put in the previous battle pass skin as a reward, and you don't even get an augment on the second checkpoint. not participating lol

So lets take that as 17 days of event period 

 

3 daily missions each day so 3 x 17 = 51  daily missions, which would give you   51 x 4 = 204 Gingerbread

Completing all special missions give you,  7 x 30 = 210 Gingerbread.

Total Gingerbread you can earn F2P   -     210 + 204 =  414 Gingerbread

 

414 Gingerbread should give you  41 MOVES.

Man, the art department deserves better than this. They come out with such innovative, creative and well executed projects, whereas the dev team (or whichever team is responsible for them) just regurgitates the same boring ideas and events over and over, sometimes with just a different look; such as this one. (The recent events they've put out as well are just the <<WAR>> event but slightly altered as well) 
The skin is amazing but it's a shame, really.

There are players that do not have all the module slots. As you just recently came back, you may not be aware that new accounts after April 2021 only have 1 module slot available.

About the Striker UT, I can't believe that you want to give us 2 times in a row, this reward like a nothing.

The problem, that you don't compensate those who already contains these items. (like UT skins or the module slots)

I'm not interested at all.

I dont get it. if i step on trap i can move forward? what does this mean, like, i roll 3, move forward 3, land on trap, and then move 1 more?

17 days to complete this entire thing, whereas with the "Trick-or-Treat" mini-game, we had 27 days.

 

Hopefully this time there's more DDoS attacks than there were during that event, we need those Lollipo...I mean Gingerbread (sorry for getting confused, the events are identical otherwise) from the Token(s) of Apology...

It means stepping on a trap has a chance to either not do anything to you (which will allow you to continue moving forward on the next move) or it can send you back 5 steps.

2nd slot costs 50 tankoins... so its really just 2 slots to get... every active player should have gotten them a few times over by now.

There are also casual players. Some players missed the fund with Helios and Vacuum Shell. Some players missed the last fund despite what happened. Mid ranks/endgame aren't the only aspects of the game. These rewards are for all ranks. 

There were even people saying that they should have ended the last fund much earlier than scheduled just because it filled so quickly. If they did then many, many accounts would not have gotten prizes or their extra module slots in this case.
