Status effects: 

• Isida: burning, freezing, stunning, EMP, AP
• Shaft: freezing, stunning, EMP, jammer

Totally forgot to share my own thoughts about this TankiFund. 

I find it utter nonsense. This fund is nothing but a Pulsar manifesto. Previous funds were interesting because they included unique augments that altered the mechanics and statistics of turrets: they were more creative and worth getting as they allowed for a different game play experience. Understandable that developers want to complete the Pulsar-line for all turrets, but there are plenty of alternative ways to introduce those instead of pushing them into one fund. 

Also, most of the items in this fund have already been introduced recently, e.g.: Firebird LC, Isida LC, Hammer LC, Pulsar for Firebird and Hammer; and obviously the additional module slot, Crisis, Hyperion and Armadillo. Of course, not all the rewards are relevant for late-game players and are mainly oriented to players that do not have that much progression in this game yet (mainly the drones and modules), but then at least include items that make the fund worth for higher-ranked players too. 

I won't elaborate on the skins, because this is a personal opinion: I use none of the included weapons. It would've been lots better to include skin containers, like previously, because then players are guaranteed something that they do not have yet. Freeze SE, Railgun GT and Dictator GT are nice and unique additions, though.

Freeze SE isn't brand new, it was given in youtuber battle of early 2022. 

They said they might never give it again or they dont know if they would put it in UC so it would be the only chance to get it, obviously they lied.

Ok so i have to give my opinion, the tanki fund was awaited by alot of players. Probably the most awaited moment in tanki (im judging by "questions and answers" topic, many time i saw "when is the next tanki fund", and they give us recycled items? Isnt tanki fund for birthday date supposing to please ALL players? So if one day my friend invite me in his birthday, wouldn't it be awkward if i give him a gift he already own?

I know players might have missed stuff but on the other hand, now thats players who support tanki online the most who are "screwed out" (sorry for familiar expression i couldnt find better word).

Also, you said Freeze SE would not be anywhere so you better participate in youtuber battle in 2022, why lying if you give it again?

This fund is nothing but recycled items and pulsar copy and paste, and buyers pushed it to 6M already, have they a brain or simply they like to spend tankoins for nothing?

I'm very fed up of this game, that's why i quit it forever so i won't return anymore but still i like to read announcement  to practice my english skills and i found this one very misleading. 

Cherry on top, i remeber that vampire developer saying " we bring you a big surprise on birthday tanki fund" some vlog ago, i couldnt imagine that it would have been a negative surprise. Only good thing is dictator skin but it doesnt make up for all the trash rewards given.

Yeah they seem to not know the term included in the name of the skin SE which is Special Edition. They should open a dictionary.

Again some toxic augment status effect added, but what's worse is that there's gonna be more turret that will apply multiple status effect... I prefer augments that modifies the turret caracteristic, instead of status effect

The live stream is about 50 min long, usually most of the beginning of the stream is waiting time. After the stream ends there will be a link to a spreadsheet with the list of all the winners. It is usually posted in the original announcement of the stream.

I'm not wrong, i recommend you to open a dictionary and check what "Special Edition" means and also "unique" while you're at it.

They CLEARLY tried to "scar" people about the fact the skin would not show up again to make fake urgency to buy it. It is frequently used in business strategies, the famous "take the opportunity rn before it's too late" they create false urgency to make customers feel they need to buy at the moment because alot of potential customers need to wait before buying something on internet and end up buying nothing because they simply forgot about it. They used "might" because they know they like to surf on trends to squeeze as much money as possible.

You're just happy they put it because its something you don't have out of all those recycled rewards you have and which are in the fund (it's either you are not happy for recycled rewards or either you're happy for this to give players another chance to get them) choose you side, dont be that sneaky lol , but you were clearly misleading people who do not know much about the game history when you stated that it was a "unique" skin which implicitly means (brand new skin in that specific sentence where you opposed recycled items in the 1st part, to finish to give some highlight to the wannabe non-recycled items). The only new skins are dictator and rail GT. And many players who worked hard to get that skin (back in the days) supposed to be a Special Edition are now being fooled, regardless if it's good or not that people have another chance to get it.

At the end, the day of the draw, Marcus share the google sheet doc where all winners are included. He usually pins it in this one topic. As i remember the livestream is around 40 minutes long, where that russian blonde girl is speaking, there is no subtitle in english or anything and no english version but it's alright because i guess everyone look at the winners name and dont actually listen to her.

Though mischievous, perhaps, there has been made a clear difference in announcements about exclusiveness of items throughout the history of Tanki Online. Paints such as Yellow Bug and Cryo were available in specific bundles and it was clearly stated that these paints would never make a return to the game ever again. In the case of Freeze SE, it was not mentioned that chances of the skin being made available again were zero. As mentioned in the announcement:

<Whether the skin will appear in the game in the future is unknown, but definitely not soon >;

as opposed to the Cryo paint:

< (...). And once we hit that deadline, it will be impossible to obtain the CRYO animated paint anywhere else. It will not be for sale, and it will not be in containers >. 

To add, as many companies operate by using this method, it should not come as a surprise that TO would do something similar. In the end it is all marketing. Plus in the meantime, Freeze SE has still been a rare and exclusive item for a small selection of players. And like most skins, that time eventually ends.

Again, no. Not the same meaning. Never indicated that in my sentence either. It was your own interpretation of my comment. I see where you are coming from, but here it is simply not the case.

Average of 8000 Tank coins per Player being thrown in the fund (and with Weekly containers, you can only earn 1248 Tankcoins a Year; Given that you complete Weekly Missions All Year Round)

... and to throw in a year's earnings for a 1 in 6 chance (roughly) to receive those 8000 and a 5 in 6  chance of losing it all?  I don't know. I'm not much of a risk-taker I think...
