 We all know that ranking up is a difficult and exciting process. Yet the reward for ranking up is incredibly insignificant. Please consider (after 1st Lt. Rank) adding Skin Containers as the upgrade reward.

They should decrease the reward down to a single crystal per rank up.

On a serious note with regard to OP suggestion though, I do agree that the reward for ranking has become insignificant. In the past, ranking would give a player crystals as reward of which the amount increased every time you ranked (there is a table and figure of that system online somewhere, you can search for it). I think the final reward was 40K when ranking Legend+, so now getting a container with a large unlikelihood of receiving something good is rather disappointing. 

Then again, ranking has become significantly easier nowadays and it does not hype my up as much as it used to. Earning 200K exp points is nothing but an easy grind if I play on a daily basis. 

I guess most people want something simpler and guaranteed as a reward. Or something more special, perhaps a couple containers or a few UT containers. Or something that can actually help low-ranked and mid-ranked players to compete with the heavily unbalanced MM-system (this could actually be a neat idea, now that I think of it). 

A skin container however, as OP suggested, is a ridiculous idea.

But 1000 crystals is 1 crystal? 0 is 0 and 1 stays 1 so its 1+0+0+0=1

Indeed, none of us were asking for a single container or requested a nerf from the 40k crystal reward, it was still a good amount for me in the pastime and still is. But Developers made the changes without providing a previous insight beforehand, and since it's a Marketing related stuff, that decision is carried out internally by the Marketing team, hence player's decision rarely affects the item's cost.

Ranking up difficult? I disagree, now every weekend experience earned in MM is doubled, so it's much easier to rank up.

But with this I agree, that reward for ranking up is insignificant. Adding Skin Container as the reward is IMO too big prize for ranking up. I think it would be better if there would be 1 Ultra Container.

Also, I'm disappointed like most of community, that idea regarding rewards and bonuses aren't accepted. I hope one day developers will increase prizes for rank up, because now it's ridiculously low.
