Patch Update #734 - Released 4th August 2023

 

  • Added a new augment to Ultra Containers for Isida — «Magnetic Nanobots»

    • (Note) This augment disables opponents’ supplies with critical hits.

  • New format for Daily and Weekly Missions has been introduced.

    • Players do not receive three missions of each kind anymore

    • Daily Missions can not be changed for crystals anymore

    • With the update, all current Daily and Weekly Missions will be removed from the game, whether completed or not.

    • One-time compensation will be issued for the Weekly Missions that are not yet completed.

  • Daily Missions have been updated

    • Standard set of Daily Missions:

      • Supermission: Complete all the daily missions. They reset every day.

      • Earn experience points in battles. (1000 points)

      • Earn reputation points in battles. (700 points)

      • Earn crystals in battles. Only crystals visible on the battle end screen are counted. (500 crystals)

      • Earn stars. Both the set of stars you earn in battles and stars you receive for completing other missions are counted. (14 stars)

      • Activate any supplies in battles. Both activating your own set of supplies and collecting bonus boxes are counted. (100 supplies)

      • Activate overdrive in battles. (6 overdrives)

      • Play till the end in Matchmaking battles. Lack of activity in a battle may prevent the completion of this mission. (3 battles)

      • Finish battles by being in the winning team. (1 battle)

      • Make any purchase in the game's Shop. It contains some items that only cost a small amount of crystals. (1 item)

    • Additional ENCORE set of Daily Missions that become available only after completing the standard set.

      • Supermission: Complete all the additional daily missions.

      • Destroy enemy tanks. (15 tanks)

      • Destroy enemy tanks with critical damage. When you destroy an enemy with critical damage, their turret gets blown off the hull. (2 tanks)

      • Get into the TOP-3 of your team in battles. It doesn't matter if your team is losing. (1 time)

      • Use the «Boosted Armor» supply. Both using your own set of supplies and collecting bonus boxes are counted. (50 supplies)

      • Use the «Boosted Damage» supply. Both using your own set of supplies and collecting bonus boxes are counted. (50 supplies)

      • Use the «Speed Boost» supply. Both using your own set of supplies and collecting bonus boxes are counted. (50 supplies)

      • Open a regular container and enjoy the rewards for your hard work. (1 container)

    • Daily Missions reset every day, regardless of whether they were completed or not

      • (Note) Do not forget to claim the rewards as soon as you complete the missions.

    • It is enough to complete the regular set of missions to receive the usual set of prizes in the form of 3 Containers and 9 stars

  • Weekly Missions have been updated.

    • Standard set of Weekly Missions:

      • Supermission: Complete all the weekly missions. They reset every week.

      • Complete daily missions. (30 missions)

      • Finish battles by being in the winning team. (4 battles)

      • Earn reputation points in the «Team Deathmatch» (TDM) mode. (300 points)

      • Earn reputation points in the «Control Points» (CP) mode. (300 points)

      • Earn reputation points in the «Capture the Flag» (CTF) mode. (300 points)

      • Earn reputation points in the «Assault» (ASL) mode. (300 points)

      • Earn reputation points in the «Rugby» (RGB) mode. (300 points)

      • Earn reputation points in the «Team Juggernaut» (TJR) mode. (300 points)

      • Earn reputation points in the «Siege» (SGE) mode. (300 points)

    • Additional ENCORE set of Weekly Missions that become available only after completing the standard set.

      • Supermission: Complete all the additional weekly missions.

      • Use the «Nuclear Energy» supply. Both using your own set of supplies and collecting bonus boxes are counted. (3 supplies)

      • Successfully deliver flags/balls to the correct base. You can complete this mission in the «Capture the Flag», «Assault», and «Rugby» modes. (2 times)

      • Capture points. You can complete this mission in the «Control Points» and «Siege» modes. (12 points)

      • Destroy a Juggernaut. (1 Juggernaut)

      • Play till the end in Matchmaking battles. Lack of activity in a battle may prevent the completion of this mission. (9 battles)

      • Finish battles by being in the winning team. (3 battles)

      • Get into the TOP-3 of your team in battles. It doesn't matter if your team is losing. (2 times)

    • Additional SECRET set of Weekly Missions that becomes available only after completing the additional ENCORE set of Weekly Missions, and requires  Premium Pass to claim the prizes:

      • Supermission: Complete all the secret weekly missions. You need to have Premium Pass to complete them.

      • Earn experience points in battles. (1500 points)

      • Earn reputation points in battles. (1000 points)

      • Earn crystals in battles. Only crystals visible in the battle end screen are counted. (3000 crystals)

      • Earn stars. Both stars you earned in battles and stars you receive for completing other missions are counted. (15 stars)

      • Use supplies. Both using your own set of supplies and collecting bonus boxes are counted. (400 supplies)

    • Weekly Missions reset every week, regardless of whether they were completed (partially/impartially) or not

      • (Note) Do not forget to claim the rewards as soon as you complete the missions.

    • It is enough to complete the regular set of missions to receive the usual set of prizes in the form of 9 Containers, 27 stars and 3 Weekly Containers.

  • Progress on Daily and Weekly Missions is now displayed on the battle end screen

  • Updated the limits for earning crystals and experience points in PRO battles

    • Now the limits are updated weekly instead of being updated daily

    • Limit of received crystals has been changed from 3000-15000 to 21000-105000 crystals

    • Limit of received experience points has been changed from 1000-10000 to 7000-70000 points

    • Limit of received crystals for Premium Pass owners has been changed from 3000-66000 to 21000-462000 crystals

    • Limit of received experience points for Premium Pass owners has been changed from 1000-22000 to 7000-154000 points

  • Drones and Protections Modules are also hidden with a question mark.

  • Augments not owned by the player are also hidden with a question mark.

  • Hull descriptions now contain a video showing its overdrive in use.

  • Fixed the description of Gauss’ «Hyperspeed Shells» augment

    • (Note) The absence of damage increase for salvo shots is not a bug, but a feature

  • Fixed a bug due to which the Trickster drone did not cause cooldown of other supplies.

    • (Note) The absence of supply cooldown for Trickster was a bug, not a feature.

  • Fixed a bug due to which double-clicking did not work to equip augments or skins

  • Fixed a bug due to which the descriptions of all augments displayed only half of the description text.

  • Fixed a bug due to which it was impossible to upgrade the Mammoth hull.

  • Fixes and improvements to the mobile HTML5 client interface

    • (Note) Optimization and performance improvements of the mobile client will come in next updates

"This game is so great, if we increase the effort players have to put in to get only minimal rewards, they'll be more likely to play intensely - or pay us real money." (faint sounds  of laughter muffled by padded cell walls)

That's not the issue. The issue is that they completely nerfed the star rewards.

Now we will have to do so much more just for the same rewards.

 

If they had made it to 2 stars for daily missions and 6 stars for weekly, we would've only had to do nearly twice as much for the same rewards, but would've gotten more potential stars out of it.

A part of it might be concerned with XT drones, the fact that they reduced the stars and still reducing is cause of some brain deads using all the money just to buy 10k stars for xt drones

Sorry, i dont see the nerf. The rewards are the same. It used to take about 2 battles to finish the daily missions. Now it takes 3 battles. Not that big of a deal.

 

The other updates like taking paints/augments out of the battle passes and raising the price of protection modules are far worse than this. Just my opinion though.

It used to take 1 battle if youre good at the game or had crystals to  change it. this was good enough. Now it takes 3 battles guaranteed. not everyone is gonna bother with it. when youre an adult even 13 minutes have value...

Oh my gosh, so much missions for the same rewards?!?! Those guys who think "Players will like missions because it's so much of them. Prizes? Nah, they won't care that much about them". 

Expectations vs Reality. The reality are those comments above.

"We know you guys are not really fond of status effect augments" Do you remember this quote? If you don't, it's from 377 episode of the V-LOG. Further current. But well, when money is more important, they can forget about what they said a few weeks or months ago. Also, so much "players" complained( to be honest, there are still complaints about it) why there weren't any augments on fund (like that one which went bad) or aren't on challenges and want more of them and that's how it ends, blame that players for making such "feedback" and blame developers for working on such augments.

Heh, I'm glad I'll quit this game after reaching Legend rank. Also, after I quit ignore some fake Deceptive-Hopes' who would try to pretend to be me, True one, which is me, will leave and never return.

People complain because, now, we play more for same crap rewards. If I play more (like 1 hour daily), give me more and more rewards. Like 10 containers. Not 1 for one hour. Before, I just played one battle daily (used crystals to change the missions so I can get earn 300 crystals in CTF, win 1 battle, use 10 druggs). But, now, with this crap update, need to play 1 hour for same reward. This is why people complain. You want us to play more ? Well, give us MORE rewards. Not less.

So you're telling me that i'll have to work harder for the same rewards? Complete long, tedious missions (which i can't even change) for an insignificant number of containers, which'll prolly give me 100 mines? 

Why did they even feel the NEED to make this change? I easily used to complete daily and sometimes a weekly mission in a single battle, but tanki has made that impossible. Once more, the players are left to rant over the unwanted and terrible updates.

basically this update sums up to this: more missions + nerfed rewards

forcing players to enter the shop everyday & hopefully converting them to buyers
