declined A Horn

I want a horn please, could be different types but personally I would like a dixie horn, like in the dukes of hazard, have it blazing away while I drive away with a wasp after dropping a bomb in middle of a  bunch of enemies or after grabbing their flag .

I think that doesn't fit theme in any way. The game is supposed to be situated on the battlefield, and Tanks do not have horns as such because there is no need for any. Horn won't drive the enemy away.

A horn on a tank is a bit ridiculous and wouldn't be expected on a battlefield.

Well, then how are we supposed to scare off the pedestrians in tanki? They ain't gonna scare themselves off, you know.

Actually, tanks in real life definitely have a horn. Plus I think it would be a cool thing to have in Tanki, for example to get attention of your teammate without having to shoot at him. Tanki could also sell custom sounds for money. I'd say the feature fits perfectly.

Horn falls under "it's a thing... i guess...?" feature list. Not gonna hurt anyone but not going to be anything even close to special too.

i have a feeling 99% of Online of Tanks players don't even play with sound on. Just pay attention to the battlefield especially when someone drops wasps bomb. Or maybe players just can't hear a BEEP!!!! BEEP!!!! BEEP!!!! for some reason.

Yeah I thought it could add a new dimension to gameplay, some practical and some devilment but I like that your business head saw a way to get $'s to.

I think there is a sizeable percentage not looking at their screens either based on some of what I have seen but I am guilty of sometimes turning sound off to so you have a point.
