TBH this event could have been planned out to be less of an obvious cash grab/play thing for spenders, and more fun. Cheaper cost of entry, carryover of missions, missions that arent dumb (gold box catch eg), ability to use crystals to buy things. I understand Alternativa has bills to pay, but jeez.

i mean this is absolutely amazing value for what u r getting lol. 

Brah you can skip this event but im spending my 700 Hazelcoins and getting an exotic of my choice instead of spending 700k hazelcoins on containers to get Stun Magnum as my exotic.

even compared to other games the OPness of stuff compared to the price you pay is very good.

I pay in 700 Tankoins and get a mission that I can't faithfully execute due to rng? Alot of us do not live on this game to be farming goldboxes in MM - I do my daily missions and I'm done for the day, as I'm sure many of you can relate. That is all I have the time for. I pay 700 Tankoins, I am willing to put in some more time, but I also expect reasonable missions. Playing "X" amount of games to have only a SMALL chance of a goldbox dropping, in which I and over a dozen players are all fighting to grab it is unreasonable, not to mention doing it TWICE. 

 

And I learned that these missions don't carry over to the next day? Is that true? If so, it will be extremely upsetting if this bogus mission is the reason why I won't be able to purchase the augment of my choice - through no fault of my own.

That's why many players are advising everyone to save their tankoins for the funds. There's usually a hidden catch for these types of events.

So that gives you the "right" and "authority" to disrespect others ? I believe you misunderstood my post.

Let's say you spend 100$ in the game, so now are you free to provoke others in the forum and post things which might target other people ? I think you have wrong information about the word "buyer privilege" then. 

If you believe you didn't do either of those, then my post wasn't meant for you.

Spending money means getting access to things or items beforehand in the majority to gain some advantage in the game (in this case, in MM battles or mini-games or events) but that still doesn't give you the right to break the rules of the platform.

 

I think you should think twice about spending money in a game and maybe ponder on the fact that what privileges do buyers get in the game and the boundations they still have even after spending the hard-earned currency.

I straight up skipped this mission. I have other things to do in life other than getting sweaty over gold boxes.

Sir I'm not saying that buy all means, I'm just stating a fact that all these issues are causing problems for those who have purchase a pass expecting to play.

think about it if you bought an item in a store and it was not up to standard , would you then go and complain and get your money back .. or sit back and toss it out or give to a friend ?. we are only voicing  our opinion on how we feel and bring it to the attention of the CM.

Again, I will reiterate, my post wasn't meant for you. It was aimed at people which got hyped up in a discussion and started provoking each other.

AGAIN, not towards the developers, but each other and thus, the matter was taken care by me and followed by a simple reminder to have respectful discussions.

 

You're free to complain or raise questions about a service you paid for and you feel is not up to your standards, and people have actually been doing that. There's a reason you are seeing numerous negative complaints about the server issues and why we're not deleting a single one of them, however it's the fights that people accidentally have against each other on the forum that draws our attention.

Feel free to give your constructive criticism and point out bugs, our team of Testers are actively working on reporting them forward and taking care of the issues.

Thats why I skipped the mission 

I thought the mission would coincide with the increased gold box drop rate special events, just like last time team contracts. Unfortunately that was not the case this time round, which makes it a bummer.

I agreed with you.

Though I still think some events like the mini game for the halloween trap is kind of ridiculous (2.9 million crystals just to move 3 steps), I think tanki has become much more affordable at this day and age.

Players seems to forget those back in the days era, like 2012-2016 etc, was much more difficult. No current challenges, shop pricing was way higher than currently, micro-upgrades having to spend on upgrade then having to wait for it to complete or spend alot more crystals to speed ups.

Crystals per battle was near to impossible, as there wasnt match making back then. Players mostly camping for crystals boxes which just made it not enjoyable.

As a player from way back in 2012, and finally having a completed set of garage in 2023 (Due to Challenges + the tankoin package that can last a few months for challenges + only spending money in 2022-2023 as having the means to do so), I much prefer the game currently.

P.S To those thinking I spend a couple hundreds a month, , I didnt. I survived through solely buying the tankoin package when I am almost running low (I.e 1 package allows me to do 6 challenges minimumly, which is like 3 mths, every 3 months to spend 20.99 USD sounds about right to me, and you can even get it cheaper if you have google opinions rewards on android devices)

While I agree with this, I also think its important for the devs to make sure that the items value and the prices they're selling them at matches.

If the item is being sold for $10, then it better be worth $10 and not just a single $1.

Well, kinda hard to say when like 90% of the playerbase are spending with cheaper location switches, don't blam them but I feel it's more than deserved for such to get half baked goods even if the prices suck.

I went to work at 7 and returned home by 1 

1 hour then the server stopped 

At least make it 1 day because not everyone playing 24/7

I think they do not carry on to next day, its safe to finish the mission on the given day

While yes the players shouldn't have kept switching locations for cheaper prices, its mainly on the devs for not addressing the situation for about a decade or so. In fact, they shouldn't have implemented such a feature in the first place.
