Lame.  I wasn't able to play for a couple days so waited because I didn't want to waste days from premium.  I guess the devs knew what they were doing putting 30 days for people who didn't see it elsewhere that it was only 1 day.

But as it happened before for so many times I didn't care about the time of availability and took it right on time to not regret after.

i played some games this week and was reminded of why I love this game. just shooting tanks and driving around and not caring about my score. my kd was trash, but I was happy. the game is fun. progressing in the game... debatable. lag is ever-present, but things have gotten better for sure (graphics. idk abt balance). happy birthday, dear tonk. I love you too much.

The event modes with Bonk turret, in CP and Rugby have been really enjoyable! 

I've never played so much tanki before!

When will Devs understand More people = More lag? What's the point of putting 80 players in a single map when your servers can't take it. Utter arrogance from developers.

hi all, i have a few super important words to say and i expect your complete attention!!1!

arms race mode was decent - a LOT of luck involved, but still relatively fair as compared to MM or other event modes. heck, i remember this one battle in which the top enemy tank turned a corner, fired a shot randomly, and got a kill, and this happened at least five times (that tanker was skilled, but this is just too much luck).

this carnage mode though... i have so many nasty things to say about it but i dont wanna annoy the mods that i love so dearly

it's a TERRIBLE mode (i even used caps lock!)
humongous maps, fish-market-level crowds, lagging like there's no tomorrow. it takes ten minutes to cross the map, but only if you're not spawn-killed by this creepy scorpion or magnum or gauss or whatever from miles away.

if anyone asks me to just buy a new pc or something... NO. my laptop is actually decent. intel i5 11th gen, 16gb ram ought to be enough for a browser game. ping is high cuz of idk what, so im not sure what tanki expects from its players.

 

anyway my rant is over, merry halloween to all!

Carnage mode is the most fun mode this game has. Maybe BO-NK Rugby or The Claw event. I like my festive modes being Chaos Dump.

Annoying kill steal fest. Steal as many kills ASAP to win. And if u join late (very likely) you can't win no matter how good u are unless we talking about very unrealistic situations. And doesn't that kinda defeat the whole point of ARMS RACE..?

i5s are CPUs (Clown Processing Units). All i did was have problems with i5 laptops. Would NOT RECOMMEND i5s to my worst enemy. i7/i9 is the way.  

My laptop is Ryzen 7.
RTX 3060.

16GB RAM. pretty average laptop since I don't really care. I do most of my "intense" gaming on a Phone ( iPhone 15 Pro Max. Absolute BEAST running whole console games with no lag!). I'd recommend you get a i7 or i9 laptop and sell the current one. You can easily find these with afforable price without going into 4 digit teritorry.

@Kimura  For your kind information my system is fine. The problem in with in the event. Past event were fine pro battle are running smoothly as do MM. It is just this event which is lagging too much.

Yeah i5 might be outdated now, but I still have 11th gen. My GPU is on some random Nvidia graphics card that came with the laptop, idek if my browser uses it. It's probably a terrible graphics card anyway.

My PING is consistently above 100, and it is not a problem on my end. It's probably not a problem on Tanki's end either. It's just unfortunate cuz idk how terrible the routing is in between their servers and my machine.

My FPS is pretty much 60 throughout, but I have noticed laggy motion on my screen — now this is most probably a hardware issue (my laptop is almost 2 years old now, idk if that's bad). I don't know what happens and why. Maybe one day I'll have enough interest to actually search for an answer.

well then why i have no problems? My friends who have juggernautic PCs and average couple year old gaming laptops none of them have any problems with festive mode.

as long as you get experience good enough for you it's fine. your laptop can be 20 years old. change it whenever you feel like you need to upgrade and games/stuff you do is getting too slow etc. even tho like i said i5s are as much of a joke as Hazel's Patch Note updates, I wouldn't buy a new laptop just because I lag in this single festive mode and it's fine for me everywhere else. worst case scenario you lost 1 epic key (175 double armour). Not a big deal.
