Patch Update #768 - Released 26th July 2024

 

List of changes:

  • Added a new Striker augment to Epic Containers - «Cryo Missiles»

    • (Note) Critical damage applies the «Freezing» status effect to the enemy tank for a short period of time.

  • Added a matchmaking version of the «Siege» map with some improvements

    • (Note) With day, evening, night and winter themes, for multiple game modes.

  • Active contract’s progress was added to the battle results screen

  • You can no longer activate a new contract unless you claim rewards for a contract that has rewards yet to be claimed.

  • Added notifications system for Contracts. You get a notification when there is a new contract or when you can claim rewards for a contract

  • You can now see rarity of a contract

List of fixes:

  • Changed parameters of the «Phoenix» augment for Freeze

  • Fixed the bug due to which there was no loading screen when going to the contracts screen in the missions section.

  • Fixed the bug due to which the contract progress could remain without an update if a player was kicked out of the battle or the battle ended while the player was in the process of auto-entering the battle.

  • Layout fixes for the Contracts screen in the Missions section.

  • Minor fixes to the Wasp GT skin.

wow what a horrible bug!
how dare we not waste out times staring at a pointless loading screen!!!
literally pointless loading screen since we know missions can just instantly load like "Contracts" also they would have no loading screen for years.

LMAO i opened tanki forum just to say sth abt this message... Ideally, all missions should have been like this (i.e having no loading screen) but tonks view things in a quite peculiar way. We don't know if it disrupted the smooth running of the servers though..

the most absurd thing is that the "real" loading screen is the one that you get when you press on "Missions" to get to the mission category list. Contract category insta-loading like that just prooved that the loading screen we get when selecting the category of a mission is literally here to just waste time.

Have you lost your mind? What needs nerf are all the turrets that the player has control over applying status effects whenever they want, or those turrets that have augment that always apply status effects.

 

No patches, no update... Boring

Aditionally Blaster needs a nerf, it makes no sense doing 3000 damage when dying.

Look at Lifeguard, it's fair that it only repairs 1000 life (something around just 25% of a repair kit) why should a blaster have 3x more power than lifeguard?

Twins plasma turbo accelerator, wow what a skillful augment and even striker vacuum needs nerf, I always carry 50 prot striker and I still get demolished by it, so no I haven't lost my mind

In fact, gauss salvo doesn't damage the target sometimes it's been a long time, scorpion bug that doesn't lock the aim on enemies but on allies after the pro battles  restarts and Striker (uranium) no damage target after lock at cursive attacks this bugs not fixed.

Yeah after further inspection i just want to say please.. PLEASE reconsider, the map Is absolutely visually horrendous (no hate to the designer tho)

I cant even access the game. This is getting unbearable. We've had to deal with this for nearly 2 weeks now!

No paladin nerf which is the most obvious unbalance since too much  ( still i'm a bit curious what is the "drawback " to take paladin since i see just advantage in comparison to  EVERYTHING else.)  .  Phoenix stuff and contract section .. really.. lol ..well , i did read one for that month.

It was better to be a Halloween map, it has the style of it

Not sure anything in this patch is the most relevant thing to work on right now at tanki-land.
