The game has been down for over 10 days already and the developer's answer is limited to "The devs are working on fixing the issues."
 
We are humans and your "customers" and we deserve an explanation of why is the game down. when will it be fixed? would the mini-game be continued? will there be a token of apology, or would devs respond with the following phrase "We already gave you gifts on Tanki's birthday, so that will be enough"? 

Remaining silent won't help anything, I see so many players asking questions related to game issues, but their questions remain unanswered. 

Discord "support" channel has been muted for 3 days already, I agree there were so many questions about the game issue, but so many people have other problems and they want to ask on that channel, but it's turned off, so they can't get answers to their questions.

Bro, for fixing the game they are terrible, but for deleting other people's comments they are excellent.

Why are you deleting my comments? They deleted about 3 comments already! We haven't been able to play for 7 days, when we manage to enter the game it stops in the middle of the battle, many players in battle are geting lost connection and can't get back to it... And for 3 days we're haven't even been able to enter the game.

The developers are aware of the situation with the servers and are working hard to resolve them. They want the game up and running, as much as you do. We do not have any information on compensation or ToA's, as of now. Sorry

Vacuum's just annoying when people are good with it. PTA on the other hand is just too strong, a no-effort augment, and lags a battle every time it's used. Vac's not that bad, PTA is cancer, and should be nerfed, partially to make it less used

And no mention of Vulcan large caliber?  imo it might be the most op aug in the game.....

It's strong but at least the distance between it and other Vulcan augments isn't huge. And also it's new and hasn't been terrorising the game for months.

Meanwhile PTA Twins takes every shortcoming of Stock Twins and turns it into a positive. You have the same if not slightly higher normal DPS than Stock. You no longer care about missing your shots because have DOUBLE the range and projectile speed of Stock. And your DPS is stretched across double the shots meaning you'll be getting Twins' high critical damage much more often.

It's damned if you do, damned if you don't. If you have no protection you get shredded by an ultra buffed Stock Twins (where all the other readily available options for Twins have strict trade-offs). If you have Twins protection then you still get shredded if the PTA Twins is lucky with crits. If you only have Armadillo then you're still getting hit by a buffed up Stock Twins where you can't use movement to avoid the shots. If you have both Twins and Armadillo then you'd have to wonder why you didn't need both of them for years and suddenly you do now. 

 

As for Vacuum the final damage is too high. It shouldn't be above 3,000 with Brutus. Oh but what the hell, Striker has been a darling child for the past 3 years. It's hardly a surprise now.

Vacuum has a high skill ceiling though. Meaning if you're not skilled enough with it, you're gonna miss about 60-70% of your shots. I don't claim to be good at the game, but more often than not I find myself more inclined towards Faust. Unless It's Iran of course, then I just camp on roof tops and spam vacuum lol .
