Bugs are an inevitable part of every project and Tanki is no different. Our team of Developers works tirelessly to fix all bugs in time. Of course, some tasks have higher priories than others and as a result some bugs might take more time than usual. If you encounter a bug, you can help by reporting it and helping the Developers find the rout of the problem faster!

 

System changes

In the past, we relied on forum topics for bug report, but this approach caused some issues, in many cases either the player who reported the bug disappeared, leaving the team with more questions than answers, or the discussion would drag on and on over the forum, which usually is a great place for discussions, but not prolonged, half private discussions about bugs. Relevant information would often get lost between the pages while the main goal was bug reports.

 

How to report bugs?

From now on it is faster, easier & better! With the introduction of the Testers team to the EN Locale, they will be responsible for collecting bugs from the community, including you! The following system will allow you to not only report bugs easily, but also get updates on the bug you reported as well as direct connection with the Testers team who will do their best to help! In order to report a bug please;

 

1. Join the Tanki Online official discord server and complete the verification steps.

2. Scroll down until you see the "Tickets" category with a channel called "Bug reports" - head over to the said channel.

3. Create a new ticket (using the 'Submit a bug' button); A new channel will be created named "#ticket-X".  Provide all the needed details inside the ticket.

4. Wait for the Testers team to review your ticket.

Is anyone working to fix the very frequent "SYSTEM ERROR-LOST CONNECTION" ? And do not tell me it is my internet.  if I can play ARK which is much more resource demanding game than Tanki would ever be, without any issues, the problem cannot possibly be in my end.

After the restart today, 5.5pm, 4am, you are unable to access the game and an error message appears. If you are lucky enough to enter the game and choose the game you are stuck there with the timer that continues to go forward but does not allow you to log in. Only once did I manage to get into a game but I was invariably kicked out. You can't play like this.

HI, I'M BRAZILIAN I would like to report an issue. After the server updates on 17/05/2024, Brazilian players noticed a significant increase in PINGS. My ping rose considerably from 90 to 105 to 150 to 160. This update worsened this aspect of the connection, which greatly impacts my matches. Earning XP / BP is becoming unfeasible as I constantly die due to shots behind walls, which greatly affects my gaming experience.

The <<Meteor>> Striker augment is pretty darn bugged. When you shoot enemies in close range contact 50% of the time there won't be any damage.
At long ranges they deal damage 95% of the time, but if your close to the enemy for some reason they don't.

It seems I lost all my Rare containers from yesterday's prize, I just clicked to open them when the server crashed. It does not seem to me that they have been send in the garage. Is there a way I can verify that?

There is something wrong because there is a yellow point beside Rare but the total is set to zero. Something is broken and the containers are now shown, so I cannot open them

Update: now the yellow point is gone, and total zero is shown.
