The most accurate and up-to-date wiki is generally the German wiki. Currently there are no stats listed on that wiki. I also do not think it would be easy to predict exactly what the chance reduction on Tsunami would be. Scorpion, Magnum and Railgun all have 23% critical chance at base which is relatively high but their firing rates are on the slower end, so they have a small decrease in their critical chance. Gauss and Shaft have a small decrease in their critical chance as well but they can only deal critical damage on one of their two firing modes.

Tsunami only had one firing mode. The critical chance is pretty good at 18%, but the biggest difference is that that is a fixed chance. Every shot Tsunami fires has the same 18% chance, while the other turrets go to 0 and then back up to the maximum chance. Following the pattern of the Pulsar balance of the other long range turrets, one might think it would be a small decrease in the chance, but following the actual design of the gameplay of the turret, a -30% penalty seems understandable both for the comfort of the Pulsar user and for the frequency of status applications to the enemy team. It would be the only Pulsar that can naturally crit multiple times in a row.
