This is a non-question. In the forum, of course, long text should be cut to a minimum - but in a newspaper, what's the point in a two-sentence article? Even if it sums things up quicker? A newspaper is for people to enjoy reading, and should be targeted at those who do enjoy reading. Why target a newspaper at people who don't enjoy reading? That'd be like targeting tanki at 5-year-old girls.

Railgun is a good all-round weapon. In true battles like clan-wars, you want people specified to one task, not all-rounders. Thus, railgun is not so good.

There are such competitions. If you view the Tanki Online clans section of the forum, and the Russian news, you will find that such competitions are pretty regular. ;)
