Hello, tankers! Do you remember how we released Ares? It was a real revolution in the tank construction! The engineers did not just create a hovering machine – they lifted a heavy hull into the air! It was a rapture. Just a brief moment after Ares, Hopper was released – a fast, light, and maneuverable hull, which went against all the usual stereotypes about tanks. It jumps, it stuns, and it has insane speed. Obviously, the hover hull class missed one more category – the medium hull. A tank of this type should be equally good in both attack, and in defense. It should have a balance of armour and speed. This hull should be the golden middle ground between Ares and Hopper. We could not stop our engineers here. Meet Crusader! Features: It has its own gun, which fires with the activation of the overdrive. The movement speed is inbetween Ares and Hopper. To improve the stability of the hull, the precision of its missiles, and its handling responsiveness, the engineers gave Crusader a rather slow turning speed. Thanks to its hovering ability, the Crusader will be hard to flip. Overdrive features: Meant for the destruction and neutralization of standalone targets at a long range. The projectile fired is made out of a thick layer of ice, and is shaped like an icicle for better aerodynamics. The missile freezes the enemy, deals insane damage and applies an “Armor-Piercing” effect. Early access Do you want to become one of the first owners of the new hull? How can I transfer my crystals, items, etc. from Flash to HTML5? You do not need to transfer anything. All the items you had in Flash are in your garage in the HTML5 version of the game. What will happen to our gifts? Gifts will not be removed from your accounts. For some time, however, you will not be able to see them, but we have a special section in our HTML5 development plans. We still receive a lot of messages from you asking us to leave it as it is but the fact is that it is beyond our control. The Flash technology is so outdated that even developers of this technology (the Adobe company) decided to discontinue it - and it’s not just them. Most internet browsers have also decided to discontinue it, as they state that using Flash technology is not safe anymore. Discontinuing Flash is not only inevitable but it is also both required and beneficial for the game. During the last few years, we have been making the game available on 3 platforms at the same time - Flash, HTML5 and Android. The time and other resources we had to spend on it was equal to the resources a company might use to create numerous games. And now, we will be able to focus more on developing the HTML5 and Android versions. Thus, new content will be appearing in the game much more frequently. For example, we will finally have the time and ability to make new maps which you have been asking us about for years! Hello, tankers! Recently, we had some experiments in which we changed some parameters of the game balance. Reading your feedback we understand that you didn’t like those changes. Thanks for your feedback, it is very important to us. However, we still want to come up with some new and cool changes which will let you enjoy the game even more and to help you not lose interest in playing it. We have come to some conclusions, and this time we will make some opposite changes. We ran these changes on the test server, and we got positive feedback from you. For 2 weeks, starting from December 2nd 2 AM UTC till December 16th 2 AM UTC we will be removing small maps from the matchmaking system. All MM battles will be 16 versus 16 players, and they will only be on big maps. The maximum number of players in an MM group is increased to 4. If some of you worry that these changes will lead to FPS drops, we remind you that you can decrease the quality settings in the Settings section of the menu (it will take just a few seconds to do so). The new Challenge starts tomorrow (Tuesday, Dec 1st). We remind you that we have implemented some changes to our Challenge activities. Stars In order to let you complete challenges more easily (not faster, that’s important), we have added stars to daily, weekly, and special missions. So, why is this better? If you complete all the daily and weekly missions you receive during a challenge, you automatically complete the challenge. But what if I miss some missions? In this case, you still can earn stars in matchmaking battles. Also, don’t forget that special missions will also have stars in prizes! These will let you complete 3-4 stages of any challenge. Have you replaced current mission prizes with stars? No, no, and no. We haven’t replaced the prizes which you receive from missions with stars. We have simply added stars to these prizes. You do not need to spend a lot of time during weekends now, just complete daily missions every day and weekly missions every week. We will keep an eye on your reviews and maybe some other changes will be implemented later to make challenges even better.
