Well, I suggest you try to download Adobe AIR again, once you've done that, go to your start menu and type in '%appdata%' (it's your roaming folder) and somewhere there, you should find a folder called 'Adobe' in this folder there should be other one, called 'AIR'.

If you break any of the rules and a chat mod is in that server then of course you will get banned or if anyone takes a screenshot of you violating and posts it in chat violators section, then a moderator will check it and you'll get banned.
