Ah, alright. For some reason I didn't have the extract feature, so I had to download 7-Zip (I probably did, just never realised =.=)

If you haven't already I think this might be the problem I think this comes with Windows 7 or 8 I'm not sure. If not download 7-zip or WinRAR Right click TankViewer, extract the file like so: Then it should make other file.
