We will get 50% less earned crystals in our garage due to the fact that that devs introduced 5 more paints and the game interface color changed to pink! + the tower in Sandbox now has a new texture which makes it more realistic and there's a new bush in the right upper corner of the map. And last but not least...the buy button will double its size in the game interface. Now that's got to worth 50% of our earnings! I just can't wait for the new update :D

The keywords here must be "AS IS" or so it's stated in our beloved EULA. As I said before, long live EULA. I'm also looking forward to the day players earnings will get reduced by let's say 50% due to the fact that 30 more maps were introduced, because it's Friday (and Friday Pluto is aligned with Mercury...doh..everybody knows that!) or just because the font color in the garage changed to pink. According to EULA, all of that is possible. I know, I know...I should leave the game if I feel that pink is cramping my style. Also, I don't have any right to discuss this. I think that in about 4 years since I started to hang around here, I've already got that figured out, don't you think? I am entitled to an opinion. So are you. And so are the others. So it seems that it comes down to one thing...EULA&Rules vs. ethics&morals. In other words..."my way or the high way". I could write pages on that, but it's pointless. Once again, your point is proven. This is a business, bad decisions had to be made, otherwise it's no fun. You see, the catch here was that you should at least told us that drop rate and fund will be nerfed when you first announced this (again, here, slap me with the EULA, I deserve it, ethics is so '80 now...). I've got to admit...it was a very clever one..who in the world would have thought about the new 3 ranks introduced as an explanation? )) good one..I'm looking forward to the day when the number of active ongoing battles/maps will affect the number of crystals available to be distributed to ongoing battles (more opened maps -> more players-> less crystals in the server's pot (ironic) therefore less crystals as a revenue for each and every player on a server at a certain time...how's that for an explanation? )) Might work in the long run imo ))) For a while I thought about proving my thoughts on the latest changes in the game with logic arguments, examples, numbers and so on. No offense but do you call that a solution?? :lol: The man also complained about lag and the frustration it brings and you tell him to use a friend as a backup solution just to see how much crystals he earned? What about the gaming experience? Is he playing chess or did I just miss something? Which brings me to my brilliant idea (selfish me!): To all the people complaining about the lag, I have found at least 2 solutions: 1. Devs should implement an "End turn" button and Tanki online should become a turn based game! It goes like this: I shoot my thunder once, press the "End turn" button, then wait. My opponent receives the shoot in about 30 secs (let's assume I'm at the North Pole just for the sake of discussion and just because I can). After another 30 secs I receive his message on the battle chat. "That hurts!". And after another 20 secs he writes to me again: "I think you pushed me off the edge of the map. I will begin to fall in about 10 secs. Not sure though..let's wait and see. ETA 9, 8, 7 ..." 2. Or better yet, I have another brilliant idea: Players with lags should have a "Buy no lag" button!! Just imagine the opportunity! C'mon people, work with me here, I've got funds to move...

I said this before and I'll say it again. Imo the whole forum software platform should be changed. The current JForum version is poor on features not to mention that some of them are disabled by devs due to security issues. It's not an irony but more like constructive criticism. There are thousands of forum solutions out there far more enhanced than this one. Some of them provide a lower security risks while others are famous for not doing quite so. Some have open APIs and are open source licensed others are not. Bottom line there's plenty to choose from. And I really think that changing it will bring a complete breath of fresh air in the tankers community. By doing this the amount of work on the active forum Mods will grow exponentially and inevitably, more Mods will be needed. Posts/topics/user accounts migration should not be so complicated... P.S. How come the arabic version has vBulletin and we're stuck with JForum? I mean isn't that forum officially supported by tankionline since its address was promoted here a while ago? Just asking..

Sorry to say, but I don't think it's a very good idea though I can see the good intentions here and agree whit them. Possible reasons: 1. The restricted Mod type you think of would be very hard to define imo. The one who has the rights to warn/ban/disconnect a hacker also must have the rights to ban a regular player. I can't think of any reasonable rock solid solution to make a clear distinction between those two. Basically a hacker is still a player. A very irritating one, but still...a player. 2. Empowering a large amount of players with such account types will be like an invitation to abuse. I can imagine the aftermath that follows. Everyone accusing everyone of hacking the battle and applying the ban hammer just because they can. Think of the average age of the players in this game. I think that the definition of hacking will shortly be rewritten with words like "You shoot me! Killed me! You must be a hacker, there's no way you could do that otherwise...". Therefore chaos. Being dispassionate about this is a hard thing to achieve by many in-game players. 3. Even if it will be possible, the selection process for accepting those new kind of players whit limited rights would be a cumbersome long one due to the very high number of potential candidates. A lot of "Mod wannabes" will show up from nowhere claiming their good reliability therefore their eligibility to have the ban hammer, even whit limited rights. 4. Some sort of in-battle mass vote by others solution would not work as well because ultimately it will come down to regular Mods meaning nothing's changed unless some of the regular players don't abuse it, which is actually worse. 5. A new "anti-hacker" feature/module developed by Alternativa for the "new breed" that you speak of will do nothing but drain the developer resources towards delivering this instead of actually fixing the game issues. Why not lay the axe to the root of the tree? Bottom line is that I think it's up to the developers. Right now, there's nothing we can do but report them, unfortunately. You should have limited posting rights. Something like a total of 3 posts/month. As for making new topics, you should be able to do that only under strict supervision by other Mods and by filling a "Make new topic" request that should be approved and voted by every single Mod in this game. It is my honest opinion and I see no reason to lie about it. Other interesting ideas that you might use when composing topic titles: "I've hit my head on the wall and now it hurts, what should I do?" "I have five fingers on my right hand. You think that's normal?" -> this one goes well with a poll "The rain falls, birds fly and clouds are in the sky" "Each night I go to sleep. What's wrong with me?" and so on... sky is the limit. Let your imagination go wild.

It says "извините, сервер недоступен" which means "Sorry, server is unavailable". You, as many others should first search the forum/use google/ask (maybe a mod) in game chat before posting new topics on the same thing over and over. Forum is now flooded with TO 2.0 topics when in fact, almost all the questions about it have been already answered. A wise man once said: "All good things come to those who wait". It's not a bad advice by my standards. :wink:

@Ostrica Oh, come on... Can you please be so kind and explain to me where exactly did you wrote that? Basically, you told him that "people will buy you crystals out of pity because you are in Botswana". Period. At least be a good fellow and admit it.
