^It's because Firebird and Isida are simply better options in terms of DPs. The Freeze effect isn't even that significant especially up here in my ranks since all the turrets turn very quickly anyway. Don't get me wrong, Freeze is still a very capable turret at the right hands, but many people just prefer more Damage.
