Assault emitters is totally worth the cost. One thing to take note that it does not only increase arcade damage, but minimum damage as a whole. This means that a half-charge with the alt will do more damage than without it. This can be useful if you're planning to whittle down the HP of enemies you can't one-shot.

I can barely enter any battle for the past few days. The loading bar just keeps going until I get kicked from the battle due to "inactivity". What a waste of my 5 day premium.

Vulcan can technically fire forever, while Isida has a mere 5 second burst of damage. Plus Vulcan can be used in short, medium, and long distances. That's not the life of a F2P player, that's a life of a bad Shafter. Git gud or go home. B) If you think Railgun is UP then I suggest you stop using it 'cuz you are really bad at it. Rails in my rank typically destroy everything in sight since they can typically oneshot most hulls with the high caliber ammo. The only thing stopping them from destroying the game is the fact that a usual battle has 3/4 of the people equip 20%+ Rail protection.
