Almost have this turret to M4. It's actually extremely effective if you know how to use it right. It's really difficult to aim this thing, especially with mouse controls, but once you get the hang of it, you would be able to hit a target a hundred meters away! It's probably the most satisfying thing in Tanki. Personally, I use the salvo mode sparingly, except for targets which I'm 150% sure I'll be able to hit with it. Otherwise, there's just no point wasting 3 seconds for an unsure salvo instead of lobbing 2 shots. There have been countless times I've used an entire salvo on targets which only needed 1-2 shots to finish off. -.-

^Gosh, you're probably the 2nd most annoying user in this forum next to RIDDLER. Don't you have anything remotely constructive to say? You're only making yourself less respectable. -_- Anyway.. ^This basically. During sales, devs lose a lot of money, to satisfy the desires of the free players. To counteract this, they have to introduce new "buyer" features to offset the losses of said sales. Then the free players complain again, so the devs make more sales and so on. It's a vicious cycle.

Glad you're at least self-aware.

If you are tired of carrying entire noob teams, play DMs. If you're tired of druggers, play NS DMs. If you can't seem to find a decent NS DM, you're better off not playing entirely. Games are for enjoyment, not raging. Don't like it? Leave and take a break. Stressing will only take a few years off your life. As for the community, I do agree that the EN Community is more and more saturated by mindless people who don't have a clue on what they're talking about 90% of the time. It's all too easy to blame CMs for the bad updates. I get sick in the stomach every time I read the forum pages of a new V-LOG, comment section or update topic these past few years. People tend to act like they know more than the devs themselves and put their opinion in some sort of untouchable pedestal. Of course, this doesn't apply to all people, but it does to the vast majority of the player base thus far.

You do make a good point, but it just goes to show how far gone the majority of the playerbase has these past few years. You just can't seem to satisfy 'em anymore no matter what the devs pull from the furthest reaches of their erm...bottoms...

Yes tanki is in freefall because we, the players, killed it. Back in 2011, Christmas sales were nothing more than a recycled map and 25% sale on all stuff. Yet everyone was crazy for it. Players these days feel so entitled to a good game that they are willing to personally insult the developers for their bad gaming experience. I guess the game is only as good as its community.

I have the same problem, but everytime I use your link, it keeps redirecting me to the HTML version.

The fact that you guys keep responding to him means he already won.

I would give my own input but, I guess my opinions "aren't applicable in your ranks".

Wow Riddler, that actually made me chuckle.

Oh wow, I never thought someone would find this again... 3 years really do fly by don't they? :P

What are you talking about? You keep on criticizing the overdrive system, yet praise the old one. The old drug system was basically overdrive everytime you spawned. Anyone who didn't shell out thousand of dollars for individual drugs (there were no drug kits then) suffered greatly. It's either you had lots, or had none. There was no thinking, only 12345 the moment you spawned. While massive druggers were considerably rarer those days, just a single one on your team is enough to completely turn the tide of battle. Don't get me wrong, the current drug system isn't perfect, but I'd pick it over 2012 any day.
-
People keep reflecting on the "good old days" where druggers were even MORE of a problem before the repair kit and smart cooldowns update. You noobs make me laugh. Ya'll got it easy these days compared to before 2014.

I noticed that happening as well. Whenever I wear a flashy paint like Red Suit/Steak/Rustle, I always get noticed easily. Must be something to do with flashier paint = more experienced tanker/buyer = more of a threat. For that reason, I just use the Winter paint these days. It looks good but doesn't attract too much attention.
