Except juggernaut will have almost permanent double armour, and will be moving faster than any hull in the game. And what are the odds that 2 shafts with alterations will both be able to hit the juggernaut without it being able to use a repair kit? Not hugely likely...

There are two main problems I see with it. Firstly, at the start of a round, someone is picked and everyone else will leave - why stay to repeatedly die to some ridiculously OP enemy when you can play literally any other game mode that is a actually fair. Second, you should make it whoever does the most damage becomes the new juggernaut to stop shafts and strikers from trying to kill steal.

You do have a good point, but this is (I believe) an effort on the part of the devs to try and reduce the extreme advantage given by drugging, by making them easily available to free players. Yes, you are correct in that, but I suppose you could argue that since you needed to be Master Sergeant(?) to participate in the war, people will have plenty of time to earn their own drugs before getting to that rank. Alternatively, they can just buy drugs ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
