I'm afraid they have no fix planned for the time being. It's understandably not one of the most important things in the long list of items they need to work on. As annoying as it may be, this is what we're going to have to work with for now.

They haven't been told off for reporting that it wasn't fixed for them. They've been thanked for reporting it, were told to remain calm and that it was forwarded to the developers. Reports are important, so the issues can be caught (and solved) much quicker! They were also informed that as soon as there was more news to share about it, it would be posted in this topic. That's all the information we were able to offer, unfortunately. When the complaints turned into flaming, they were told to stop doing that, because that's only going to make the situation worse and it's not going to help TO solve the payment problems any faster.
