TO has confirmed on multiple occasions that groups are placed against other groups. I will forward the concerns though and maybe we'll get a more detailed explanation on how player distribution works in MM. As for a group of friends having a huge advantage over non-groups, I beg to differ, but that's maybe because I'm far from the best player out there anyway. I recently played with a few friends in a group and we definitely didn't have an easy time. We won two times in assault on the defending team (Desert and Future), lost in Red Alert CP by one point, got crushed in a Tribute TDM and won by a small margin in a Tribute CTF (blue side) where we were losing at first but managed to make a comeback. We didn't discuss what equipment we should take, we didn't discuss tactics and we didn't communicate during the battles apart from cracking a joke here and there, complaining about an OP hammer, annoying vulcans and sighing with relief because of a last-second save. For me, playing in a group makes it more enjoyable to play and it bothers me a whole lot less if we lose, but I don't notice a difference in the amount of battles I win/lose. I'm sure there are plenty of friend groups who play way more organized, but I'm also sure there are plenty who are just as unorganized as we were.

If any of you have any concerns about certain players that are part of the Youtuber TO program, please send a pm to @Cedric Debono directly with as many details as possible, such as link to the video(s), timestamp in the video(s) etc. Do not report players in this topic, that's not what the topic is intended for nor is it in line with the game rules.

While clan tags could definitely be an indication of battle groups, it's not foolproof by a long shot. Plenty of players are not part of a clan, but will still play in a battle group. Others might very well just invite anyone in their friendslist who's online at the time to the battle group, whether they're in the same clan or not. I'm not at all saying that groups are always an even match in both teams (for obvious reasons they aren't), but the fact remains that if there's a group on one side, there's a group on the other side too (unless of course two of the three group members leave the battle shortly after it starts). Other than ditching groups entirely, what would make pairing of groups in MM battles more balanced in your opinion?

As a community manager, Cedric cannot fix any in-game issues, that includes the payment system. I get that it's a bugger not being able to buy something just because the payment system fails. This also affects TO itself (in the form of missed revenue), so you can imagine they are working on solving it as soon as they can.

Reload time = charge up time + shot delay. Your claim is still valid though, the numbers for the alteration don't add up, nice catch! I've forwarded it and hopefully we'll get the correct stats soon.

The in-game timer shows the wrong amount of time (both in the PC and mobile version). The in-game announcement shows the correct amount of time though: 6 weeks in total.

If there's one group in the red team, there'll be one group in the blue team also. The remaining players in either team will be randomly assigned to the battle though. There are organized groups and unorganized groups, and I can imagine the gap between the organized and unorganized groups will be far bigger in the lower ranked battles.

No it's not, it's included in the game rules that the administrators should be contacted for such cases via PM. On top of that, as already mentioned earlier, public topics aren't the place to discuss moderator actions to avoid flaming or derailing forum topics and to protect the privacy of players.

We have no information on that yet unfortunately. TO has been having some issues with the payment options over the weekend. They've been reported to the devs, including the iDEAL option missing. I have no info on when it will be back though. I'm afraid there are currently some issues with the payment options, hopefully they'll be fixed soon. If you have any other questions, asking them in this topic instead of in the Complaint Book would be much appreciated!

Yes they are, but as it's a problem with the intermediary, it could take a while. It's a technical error of which the devs are aware and they're working on fixing it. The announcement has the correct duration, 6 weeks. Yes you can, there's a button for it in the 'Challenges' panel in the mobile version. No, if you have Premium, you will get double the amount of stars, while if you have the battle pass, you'll get the bigger rewards. They're still working on getting PayPal back as a payment option, but there's no estimate on when it'll be back unfortunately.

Because there's either no straightforward answer to the question, or it's information that they cannot share with the public (yet). If they have any information to share on the subject of your questions, you'll be informed about it, but no sooner unfortunately.

This is known as keyboard ghosting, it's a hardware limitation of your keyboard where it will only allow up to x amount of keys pressed at once. You can try setting alternate keys to play with. For me using WASD for driving, spacebar for shooting and B and N for turning my turret did the trick. For you it might be another combination though. Do you have mouse controls enabled? If yes, disabling those should fix it. I've forwarded this, I can imagine it's very inconvenient having to play this way, that shouldn't happen.
