I wonder if we've been watching the same video. As far as I could tell there was nothing about bashing men in that video. It was all about women saying that there's no need for ONE day to celebrate women, but that they celebrate it every day, so they feel there's no need for an official Women's Day. It's basically like Valentine's Day, World Animal Day and Father and Mother's Day. You can have one official day to celebrate all of those, but that doesn't mean that you shouldnt appreciate it any other day of the year. And that is basically what they're saying there. As for the comments, YouTube video comments are known for being full of comments from people that jump to conclusions, are judgemental, love to pick fights about pretty much anything and so on.
