It's perfectly fine to post video's on the forum, there's even a special subsection for youtubers. It's indeed not allowed in the game chats, but that's a different story. In the forum we have dedicated topics for it.

No, there's absolutely no need to give moderators the turret for free. Perhaps a few reporters would make sense, so they could write an elaborate review and maybe even a guide on the turret before it's released to the public.

How often doesn't it happen that you or your team mates have no protection against one or several turrets? That doesn't make that turret more overpowered. Use a turret your opponent doesn't have protection against. If the opponent still destroys you easily, then you could probably speak of an overpowered turret.
