You still have 24 hours to make the kills, just make sure you start at the right time. The easiest way to keep track of your kills is by checking the total amount of kills on profile page. You could choose to make a few extra kills just to be sure. You will receive your reward at the end of the contest.

Perhaps you can try using Standalone Flash Player then. Unfortunately, lost battle funds will not be refunded, according to the community manager.

Are you sure you made the required kills between 21:00 UTC and 20:59 UTC on the following day? Also, make sure you only counted the kills made in non-PRO battles.

The client is indeed the downloadable version. You can try re-installing the client, or you can try using Standalone Flash Player instead.

This error is caused by an unstable internet connection. Restarting your router should fix the problem.
