How long ago did you send an email to the tech support? If they don't reply within a week, send them another email and make sure you tell them it's about an issue with your forum profile, also attach both your current forum profile link and your old one in the email.

Raccoon has 4 protections, after the update there will only be 1, 2 or 3 protections in one module. That is a good reason to buy it. However, you won't be able to upgrade those 4 protections to 50%, while you can upgrade any 3 protection module to 50% after the update. So the question is: Would you rather have slightly lower protection against 4 turrets, or slightly higher protection against 3 turrets?

Like you said m3 Firebird can do that perfectly fine, so paying so many crystals to get it to m4 is not needed. Freeze m3 on the other hand, won't do much, while m4 will. That way both Freeze and Firebird will be useful in battles, instead of just Firebird.
