This scenario occurs because no matter how fast your and your opponent's internet is, it will always take some time for both your actions to reach the server and from there to reach each other's computer. When you see your opponent's shot on your screen, you have to realize that it's already traveled from his/her computer to the sever and from the server to your computer, while your own shot just started traveling from your computer to the server. By the time your shooting action reaches the server, your opponent's shooting action has already reached and destroyed you, so according to the server, you never actually fired the shot. Sadly it's an inevitable annoyance until the computer technologies are so advanced that everything happens instantly.

I recommend using the report function in the Shop to report the issue you're having to the tech support, they should be able to help you further.

As already explained by @Mustard (love the name by the way..;p), players in the battle need to vote the saboteurs first. If that doesn't happen, battle moderators will not be notified and won't be able to punish the saboteurs. The test server is purely for testing purposes, sometimes it works for everyone, most of the times it doesn't. Due to its testing nature, oftentimes certain options or access have been disabled. On top of that, player-created accounts are often reset or removed on the test server also. All this is why we do not consider reports regarding the test server. I recommend playing on the main servers, where your progress will be saved instead. Who knows you might obtain a container there with an animated paint in it. ;) Closed.

Instead of counting how many likes certain feedback receives, the focus is on how often and how regular certain feedback is given by various players. For example, this week one of the most heard complaints on the forum was the rank imbalance in matchmaking and it's been in the top 5 of the biggest issues of last month. As such, the community managers will try their hardest to press this issue (along with a number of other big issues). And from personal experience I can tell that it's much much easier to read through all the posts made in this topic on a weekly basis to collect the feedback, than it is to read through the whole forum looking for potential feedback. We are reading it, and as I said above, we're collecting all the feedback weekly. I've forwarded this issue, see also my explanation earlier in this post for more details.

Yes, for turn 5 you'll have to vote again, confirm it and earn at least 5 stars in order to participate in that turn. Definitely recommended as this is the turn in which the factions will conquer the vault regions.

That depends on how many stars you've earned during this turn, whether you've voted to attack one of the vault regions and whether your faction captures that vault region.

That player most likely had premium account. In a recent update, they've removed the bonus column and added the premium bonus to the normal battle reward. That's why some players will have twice the reward you'd expect them to get. If you ever wonder if a player has premium, you can check his/her profile and look for the premium paint.

Good question, I'll forward it and will get back to you once I know if there's a minimum amount of kills/score needed to receive stars. It's indeed not players' fault they get taken into battles that are almost over, but then again playing for a minute takes a lot less effort and time than playing for 10 minutes. It makes sense that rewards are proportionate. The website needs some time to update, try checking back later.

I can't answer you first question because I don't know, but I can answer your second question. Stars are simply based on your position on the scoreboard at the end of a battle. Ending in first place on the winning team (or DM) gives the most stars, second place gives less and lower places only give 1 star. You can check the FAQ at the first post of this topic to see the exact numbers.

1. Correct. 2. You choose the territories to attack and defend with your whole faction, basically which territories get the most votes. That's where good teamwork (and communication) come into play. You have to get 30 stars in a day to get those 10 containers, so after earning 5 stars to confirm your turn, you can earn 25 more to get the maximum amount of containers for that turn. 10 containers is the maximum reward you can get for a turn, unless your faction is the first to capture a vault territory. In that case you will get an additional 15 containers for that turn.

One turn lasts a day, and each day you can earn stars that will be counted towards your faction's progress and you will receive containers for them if you earn enough. Every turn you will have to earn stars again in order to get a reward. Indeed if you earn 30 stars on day one and again 30 stars on day 2, you will get 10 containers for the first day and 10 containers for the second day. Yes, DM means deathmatch and it's '2nd place on the winning team or in DM'.
