It's great that you haven't had any errors in the game! The reason you cannot like anybody's post yet is because of your rank. You're in the group 'Beginner'. Once you rank up to Master Sergeant, you will be able to like other players' comments. You can read more about that in this topic.

The help desk is responsible for blocking accounts, not the battle moderators. Battle moderators can only report players to the help desk with the proof they gathered. What happens after, is entirely in the hands of the people that work at the help desk. This means that your question can only be answered by the help desk.

During these years, we still kept a section on the forum for players to go to with their problems, this very section. However, since we have this dedicated website, it is time for us to close the Problems and Solutions section, to make room for ONE site where every player can go to for help. The topics already present in the section will stay open for one more week, till the 23rd of August. Skill does matter to an extend, but in team games, it greatly depends on luck indeed. Luck that you will end up with the better teammates. If you're skilled, you can carry your team, but if you're out of luck with your teammates, there's only so much you can do. Team games will always partially depend on luck. Perhaps in the future, the matchmaking system will work with a more skill based system, which will make the teams more balanced. Yet the battle outcome can still depend on luck then.

What happens is that the server randomly (I don't know if it depends on any factors or not) selects a battle while loading the server, regardless of what filters you have enabled. This is why it happens that you'll see another game mode in your list if you do not have that mode enabled. If you want to get rid of those random ones in the list, just enable and disable that specific mode.

Does anyone else have access to your PayPal account who might have cancelled the payment? If not, I think it's worth contacting the PayPal help desk about what happened to your payment. They should be able to tell you more about the transaction than the Tanki Online help desk can, because they are responsible for transactions and cancellations. I've already explained this to you here.

They received spectator mode for making excellent videos, having a lot of subscribers and for meeting several other requirements. It was given to them so they could improve their videos and reach a bigger audience. If you do not agree to them having spectator and you have valid reasons for it, you may contact about it by sending him a personal message.

Like stated in the giveaway contest topic, none of the prizes can be exchanged for crystals or other prizes: This is how it's always been with these giveaways where you had to make kills. Spider module was never a prize in a giveaway like this. You might be talking about another kind of contest with that module as prize.

It won't, it might very well cause more players to try it out, since they don't have to buy a PRO pass to enter anymore.

Just to be perfectly clear on this, I have no intention of nominating anyone for best helper because they up vote updates and neither does anyone else. Apart from that, it would be a huge waste of my time if I had to go look through every topic and count the amount of likes a helper has given. :lol: So no, helpers up vote updates only because they like it, not because it will get them a best helper nomination, or crystals for that matter. Best helper is, like the name says, for the ones that performed best as helper. They put in a lot of effort, did a great job overall, showed initiative and so on.
