That would be pointless, you'd simply earn more crystals per battle, while that's not the problem. Well, you'll simply have to play more battles to earn the same amount of crystals, but as the battles are shorter now, you gain as many crystals/day as before. Moreover, I repeat this: These are not the final parameters and are most likely to be changed on your demand.

I never spoke about spending money in this game now, although I totally agree with you. Basically to improve the game. Although, again, I have to agree with you. Tanki should focus on fixing things instead of improving things. Exemple: hitboxes <_< Making different flag limits for maps would be quit long for the developers to code, as they need to have a precise knowledge of how much it's unbalanced in each map. If it's slightly unbalanced, then they should add +/- 5 flags, if it's seriously unbalanced, then add +/- 15 flags, and so on. The perfect balance would be that 50% of the time battles end when reaching the max. flags captured, and the other 50% because of the time limit. But that's very hard to achieve, as the knowledges to know for that are incredibly huge. All in all, good ideas, and thanks for sharing them with the community!

Trust me, if a game doesn't get updates regularly, players get bored of the game. Look, when unity game will be released, this one won't be updated anymore, and guess what? I doubt more than 1/5 of the total players that do know the game they are playing will never be updated anymore, will actually keep playing the game. Everyone will switch to the new game, not only because it's better, but also because this game will most likely become a "dead game", with no updates, less players, servers, etc. So I think updates is a good way to keep the game, developers and the community active, and improving (or at least, that's the goal) the game. Maybe your internet is too slow, or try to clean up your flash cache.

There are 2 possible solutions for this problem. 1. The less expensive one, join or make 60 min. battles. You know that, with the new update, the 20 flags that you have to reach to finish the battle, will most likely be reached in 30-35 minutes. So, if you want to play a 30 min. games, play a 60 min. one, 15--> 30 and so on. Don't worry, this illogical trick is just temporary, and the parameters have a huge chance to be modified. 2. Play/Create pro battles. This way, you won't have problems like that, but of course, you will have to pay 5k/month to dispose of the pass.

As the developers already said, these are not the final parameters. They might and will surely be changed. For now, maybe playing a little more, and trying various game modes with this update may give you more experience with it, which will give you a more specific opinion. :)

I personally don't know wether this update will be good or not. I think it's way too early to judge this update, as we haven't tried it over the long term yet. Moreover, I think that with these parameters, one thing we can be sure about is that it will reduce the amount of take overs. And that can be a good news but also a bad news. You may have guessed it, good for Players and bad for takeovers team. I don't know wether the rage of players being takeovered with a 30k fund is more important to care of than the fun the players taking over battles have from that activity, but I guess the future will tell us…
