Every time something happen like this, try to refresh first or find a possible solution in this section or in FAQ before creating a topic. There is nothing to worry about this, im sure it would be fixed after refreshing, so next time try that :)

It's hard to find gold box in a big map, it takes more than 30 seconds to look for where the gold is going to drop, only in big maps :(

The tech support help@tankionline.com could help you, only if you have remembered your account nickname, if you can't say the nickname of your account then how would tech support know which account you are talking about and trying to get it back from hackers. Try to remember the nickname and email :)

Well i still log in through puffin browser sometime, i never got any problem. Try cleaning your phone history and open the puffin browser again and see if it works.
