I do understand your feeling, but there are 100's of game violators everyday and we are only few moderators. We are trying our best to get all the hackers, we do get lots of vote from battle, some players just using the vote command for fun and waste our time. By the way we do block many hackers everyday,also we have to complete the voted battle 1 by 1, you are not the only one reporting, many other players are also reporting using vote commands. However it would be really helpful if you could record the violator, upload the video on YouTube just in case if a moderator can't come, and then post the video link in "Game Violators" section, therefore we could punish that violator.

It takes few hours, but sometime it takes at least a day, but if you still don't get crystals after a day, check this topic"What to do if you have paid but didn't get crystals, but normally people gets it after a day, so if you don't receive it then follow that link.

Nice, but wish the battle fund was more then 2 days, because most of us had exam today and exam in following week, some need to revise more and won't be able to play much :wub:

The only who can refund you is tech support, they are the only who can give your crystals back, there is nothing we can do in forum, therefore if you want, you contact them again and ask for the refund. In forum no one can refund you except tech support. Good luck :) Closed.

I do understand the feeling, but there is nothing i can do :( . Why would you get hack anyway, there must be a reason for getting hacked, people can't get hack by entering your nickname anywhere. Some people don't understand, they keep on sharing account and signing in to some scam sites, and at the end when they get hacked all the blame goes to tech support -_- , you need to understand that no one can give you crystals or experience, except devs, they are the only who can gives crystals, not any hack site give you crystals. These scam site just hacks other players account, it doesn't give you any crystals.

Go to this special site, if you have already registerd, click on the "enter" http://prntscr.com/7c98xv , and then it will take you to this You need to enter your nickname their and the code they gave you after you registerd. If you havn't registerd then you need to write your nickname here, and click on send. However you will get a email with a code after you write your nickname.

There is no need to contact tech support to change email, unless you don't know what email you have used, anyway follow this topic "How to change your email and password".
