That happens when your internet connection is bad, what i suggest you to do, disconnect your internet from your laptop/computer, go to "Open Newtwork Sharing center", and then go to "Mage wireless Networks", when you go there, if you have ticked on "Connect automaticly" it will save it there, so make sure you clear it from "Mage wireless Networks" as well. Make sure you clear your browsing stuffs, and then connect your internet back and see if it works. I had the same problem once and i did this ^, then restarted my laptop, after that it started working :) .

Hello, this is not new, sometime this happens, it's a glitch, developers are trying to fix this as soon as possible, we have reported to them, so hopefully it will get fix soon. However you can get refund for this, take 2 full screenshot just in case if a admin can not come, therefore with that screenshot you can claim for the refund, you must send screenshot to help@tankionline.com and explain the situation to them, they will surly refund you :). Closed.

Hello, I suggest you to change your password as soon as possible, never make easy password, make it really strong password so no one will be able to hack your account, by the way, for the refund you need to contact tech support help@tankionline.com only they will be able to help and refund you, in here now one can do anything.

Did you try what i said above?

Well change your password and see if that happens again, maybe someone keep on going to your account and doing this. If it's not that, then maybe it's a glitch, in this case you can try cleaning browsing history and caches, but don't forget to select "saved password" to clean. And then after you done all these, see if you still have this problem, we can give you more solution if that don't help :)
