Wow, is this thread staff vs. players? Certain players may not have been very polite here, but certain staff members (who I will not criticise as it would be against the rules for them to learn from their mistakes, it seems) haven't been too polite, either. The players really, really appreciate the hard work put in by forum moderators and consultants and we thank them for that, but isn't it best if both groups work together to improve the forum, which means allowing criticism as long as it's constructive? Constructive criticism isn't meant to be embarrassing (so not like reading out and analysing your exam results in front of the whole school), but helpful! It should be seen as a good thing, it's in the best interests of the community to improve the forum. (EDIT) I'd also like to thank the OP for making this topic, it has at least been thought-provoking and I'm sure all of us will be able to learn from it :)
