I had a lot of time in summer to play, and I ranked all the way till major from Sergeant. Now I hardly have an hour or two per week, and I've been ranking from Major these 2 months :)

I think you are confusing this with Madness. Madness was a map that everyone loved, and it is being re-planned and repaired for future release.

It's hard to judge, considering there are many factors. Firstly, it depends on how much time a person has to play. Some only have one hour or less per day, others play 5-6 hours per day, and the rate of their ranking is a lot faster. Then there is skill - skilled players rank much faster than not-very-skilled players, even if they play the same amount of time. The problem with this question is that there is no measuring pole, since we don't know the average time it takes for a person to rank up to maximum rank. A year? Two years? Does an average even exist? Hard to say :|

All the same, I think it will be be easy to sort out the good Slogans, as the majority is rather poor...

Well I'm sad you feel that way. Try World of Tanks, it so much slower, you'd fall asleep. As it is things are unrealistically fast - these are tanks, not racing cars. If you want speed, play racing games. Either way with the new physic things will go even faster.
