MyTank is not a cheating software, and a number of players use it. However it is still a third-party software, and its use is technically against the rules (and highly discouraged either way).

Because he reached it, and now it's set. He may have those jobs no longer, but when you set a record, it stays there until someone else beats it. The fastest man in the world is probably not so fast anymore, but he still holds the record until the faster guy comes along. When someone gets 5 jobs, the record will be invalid (and removed). If they get 6, it will be beaten.

Regardless, he still holds the record.
