No, that would just be a mini-shaft... I love the load time of Rail, you just have to learn to go with it. If that weapon is not for you, go with Thunder/Smoky.

For Heaven's sake, I speak with all three all the time. The only "difference" is Political Power which keeps the three nations divided so they are easier to control.

M1 Hornet is better than M1 Wasp.. M2 Wasp is better than M2 Hornet, but more expensive. At M3 you just have to choose Speed over Stability. Both go great with Isida.

Well a lot of people like Dictator M2 (and Thunder goes great with it), the only problem is you won't be able to get the M3 till the last rank. Thunder goes pretty awesome with Hornet, you just have to learn to be quick and very strategic.

Twins or Thunder - not Dictator. I prefer Thunder.
