To prevent that we've started using alternative accounts to host the events, so the chance of that happening is practically 0.

Also many times there are technical difficulties, so in stead of being accused of being 15 min late, we can start any time and it will be within the limits of the announcement. The rules say "intentional killing" and though it's often impossible to judge intentions, we try our best. Watch the video again, the Needle Hornet we simply trying to get on top, and he turned his turret to the side, trying to avoid killing the Dictator. Yes, maybe his behavior is suspicious, but we can't kick every player who accidentally kills someone else in attempting to get to the mine, otherwise there would be no one left. Besides, kicks remain on your karma, so we try to only use them in extreme situations.
